People would like to watch for the visual part and in the meantime the single gets promoted. In fact, without sounding too ego, I think this is the only video concept that could work: Céline goofying around in extravagant costumes... The style her videos has been lately give more the impression of a 90ies singer who takes herself too seriously (which I don't think Céline actually does) yet don't care/ don't know the know how to make the effort of making a music video relevant in the new millenium. It'd be nice if they'd switch things up.
