A tour bundle is to "offer" the album upon its release along with a paid concert ticket for the upcoming tour.

 

Such strategy is impossible for Céline as she doesn't tour in the US.

Maybe not for a #1, but "Taking Chances" debuted at #3, and LMBTL debuted at #2. Not bad considering she hadn't had a top 40 hit since 2002, and based on who else was releasing albums the same day.

if she were to go the direction of song like Recovering, I think she is in the right track. Looking at the audio of recovering and how well received it was I think these are the songs people would like to hear from her. I remember the first time I listened to it I played it non-stop. And even until today I think the song never gets old, it has a powerful impact that doesn't really go away.

True! Her live performances of the song are so emotional! I didn't care much for the song until I heard and saw it live in concert during last Summer's tour. Here in The Netherlands, you could hear a pin drop! It was like the whole audience was holding its breath! The song got a huge reaction from the audience and Céline was visually moved.

Why don't you try to make your tastes by yourself and not based on what people like and charts?

 

If radio played great songs that would be a big news for me ... sorry but you don't convince anybody with your reasons.

Big artists nowadays still work hard. Beyonce made 15 music videos from her last album "BEYONCE". Taylor Swift did countless costume changes and scenes on her 4 minute music video on her last music video "Lokk What You Made Me Do". They did not rely on just their names because their names will sell enough.

If she can replicate the exact same formula that she had for EUS ( 3 great ballads (ordinaire and si cetait a refaire - Toutes ces choses) a few happy pop songs (Les Yeux Au Ciel, L'etoile) slower songs but not a ballad as such ( Plus qu'ailleurs, Je Noux Veux , Ma Faille) a deep and meaningful song (A La Plus Haute Branche) a few fun songs (Tu sauras, Le Bonheur en face) and powerful title track (Encore un Soir)

 

If she can replicate this in english THEN SHE WILL DEFINITELY DO WELL
