For "MaiconSC"!

Versace! how cool...

thank you very much!

when I look up for the collection you've shared, the look 60 is reminding me of another dress she wore for a Chrysler event...

could this be a variation with longer lenght, or am I just crazy? giggle.gif

BRAVO! You are absolutely right. As also found by Frida way back than! But the picture of the runway is little confusing. As soon as the model stopped, you can see that it's a long dress like that one of Céline. And it has a great pattern as well!

Since I don't know how to attach a picture to a reply (and some features of the Forum don't work technically anymore) I'll post it right after this.

(How did you embed your picture???)

Another one for @"MaiconSC":

The second dress of the Fall 2002-collection of Versace.

PS: And that's one of the great things of Céline's fashion choices: Because where there's one, mostly there are others too of a collection! And there are collections where I do have the impression she bought nearly every piece of it! She's a true Fashionista! wub.png

WOW

it's funny to discover something! I guess I have to read all 376 pages of this thread to learn more... it's very interesting...

thanks for the confirmation!

as of how to embed pictures, I'm using a computer, and the reply box has a symbol of a Picture/Polaroid... in the same part as the B I U options... when you click on it, there's a field for you to write the url of the picture (so it must be from any page on the web... right click on the pic, copy image url)...

I don't know if there's a way to upload directly a picture from your computer to the reply box though... maybe the "My Media" buttom...

OH! For sure it's worth reading all 376 pages of this thread if you interested in Céline's Fashion, although a lot of the picture's aren't accessible no more. Another option is the gallery: https://www.celinedionforum.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=354&page=1 - the resp. collection's weren't always mentioned. That was only the "nerd" in me to start finding them long after Frida quit the forum. But there where other ladies like Deborah or Luciana who where also fashion searchers - but there was a bad guy who stole the findings of us and presented it on Instagram as if he found them and even named it "CelinishCloset" without taking credit of the real inventor! Last year I guess it changed it's name and this year it was closed by Instagram due to some photocredit violations.

Thank you for the explanation regarding embed pictures. In that case it doesn't work as I'm always attaching new pictures which aren't uploaded on other places in this Forum. And unfortunately a lot of technical stuff doesn't work anymore. The system then kicks me out and sometimes it's hard to log in again. But I'm not the only one. As I've read in the "technical section" the server had been changed and it looks like that most browsers don't like to "communicate" with that.

oh I'm sad to hear that... but your work is really appreciated!

and yes, the forum is broken for everyone, I can't reply private messages anymore... and sometimes I'm just logged out without doing anything...

Although nearly everything had been found during her tour in 2017 and her stay in Paris (mostly because Law tagged the pieces). But strangely those sunglasses were still missing. So I gave it a try to find them and: BINGO! bananadance.gif

Something of Céline's past I was looking for since 2008!!! But not even Frida was able to find it way back then! And - honestly - never heard about that label before, even after all those years!

PS: To those who just download my findings: Would be kind and a sign of respect to at least also hit the "Like"-Button! Because behind those pictures you download lies A WHOLE LOTTA TIME FOR SEARCHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So - if you like me to continue, please show me that your care! Thanx!

Nice fine and never seen that pic before. The skirt is beautiful, giving me feeling of Toile.

Thank you! Yes, you are right. It has something of Toile! Makes me happy that I brought you a picture you didn't know before! I am always very happy to discover rare pictures. Although after more than 36 years of being her fan I feel as if I've seen every picture "out there in the world-wide-web" sofunny.gif And in times of (as I call them) "photoshop mafia" and the spooky AI it's getting always a challenge to not feel joyful in discovering "new" pictures but first try to find out if they could be real at all!

The coat of that day in 2017 was disliked by a lot of people and fans around the globe. Not only because it was made of real snake skin. Some years later I've tried my luck in finding the cap. IMO the cap didn't fit to this outfit. It even made it more worse. But that's just my personal opinion. Céline had so much joy in wearing this outfit that the fan in me who loves her dearly loved that cap eventually too. giggle.gif

I'm curious to know if you liked when Pepe dressed Celine... or do you prefer Law? giggle.gif

Thanx for your interest. I liked them both! Law was a "challenge" for all Céline Fashion Searchers from time to time, because he presented new labels Céline never wore before. Pepe had a very fresh and creative vision and somehow I could sense how much he loved Céline and wanted to support her great sense of styling. But I also loved Annie Horth - maybe (I confess) her constant choices for jackets became a little bit too much (although I totally understood her intentions as it's a fast way to quickly look great but just putting on a jacket or blazer). All three were really great style partners for Céline! I love them all together!!!

thank you for the answer...

with my zero understanding of fashion, I always thought that Annie's choices were very classy and elegant, but at times a bit cheesy... with Pepe I don't know, some looks I loved, some don't... and Law I think was the equilibrium of both, modern but classy...

this is an example of one look I love from Pepe... even the hair was beautiful to me...

Couture fashion is art. And art can only understood with the heart and emotion. Some pieces you like - others you don't. But that's the beauty of our freedom of expression and freedom of opinion as long as we still respect the others for their other opinions .

And yes, this outfit for the Moulin Rouge evening in 2019 was beautiful and radiated joy and freedom. This dress by the Israel label Dodo Bar Or in that great color called "Strong Pink Spirala", the perfect sandals by Roger Vivier and the (easy to find) "Vivien" clutch by Jimmy Choo. Nothing better could have been chosen! There where such great outfits by that time!! And such a joy to always tried to find them and discover in zoomed pictures the true beauty of those pieces!

Long ago. Another time at Disneyland. And the slip on sneakers were unfortunately of (dyed) snakeskin.

Due to the current posting of "Woodstock" @ "Rare Pictures"-thread I share with the fashion interested members of this Forum the times Céline wore pieces of this legendary leather artist Jean-Claude Jitrois (not all of them had been found by me!). In January he celebrated his 80th birthday ! and in midst 90ies he invented a special stretch leather with which he became very famous.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the ensemble Céline's wearing in this newly discovered picture - this needs more time and deep digging in the WWWeb since his collections of the 90ies aren't that easy to find. But could well be it was custom made based on his famous fur trimmed leather skirt of the late 80ies - would be great if I find more information about this.

WOW this is amazing! She wore a lot of his clothes...

That yellow dress from 97 I find it beautiful... it even made a cover of one of those early singles compilation albums... it was released here in Brazil...

The blue look from 2013, I love it also...

great findings!

Thank you!!

In fact the dress was gold! giggle.gif But let's say it was "yellow-gold"biggrin2.gif .

Yeah! Leather really suits Céline's with her trained, slim body.

But this Brazilian compilation album was no official release!!!

Since the moment it was heard about those "mysterious" warehouses, where Céline's storing her clothes I guess nearly every fan was curious, how it would look inside. And thanks to Céline's generosity she allowed us all a glimpse in her documentary "I AM Celine Dion". And although I will never ever post anything of the scenes where she was in pain - but the warehouse was a big temptation to try to find the things.

Here's part 1.

Thank you! And YES, you are right! But I needed some days after I've watched the documentary for the first time to start trying to find some things, before I was able to search. Seeing Céline's pain was just too overwhelming! There was even a moment where I thought it would be disrespectful to try to find anything at all. - But when you are a fashion searcher for such a long time, you just can't help it on one point try to find things.

And one of the "million" things I love about Céline is that she worships the pieces she was wearing - or even wear it again! And that she really loves fashion and appreciates all the work of the people working in the Couture houses.
