Imagine being able to lie on that every day, on the same fabric that the actual Céline Freaking Dion (!!!) used to sit on and where so many iconic photos were taken.

Haha! That would be great - although I'm not sure if I would dare to sit on it. Maybe just check the seam behind the cushion (not sure if that's the right word), if she may have lost an earring or whatever. sofunny.gif

For our moderator "Davey84" (as a little Thank You for his work up here) and all the others interested what was unchanged by the new owners of Céline's first Florida home. The pictures were of the resp. real estate agents, which were free accessible.

Looks like each time just sold furniture with the house and not much has changed.

I think she wanted a complete different style in their next home at Jupiter Island. But - as we know now - she also like to keep things and store them in her warehouses. Even things of her home in Admirals Cove she took to Las Vegas. I'll post it right after this (as I can't attach photos in a reply).

With great pleasure! YESSS! There are pictures of René on the mantel - I even had them. But a HUGE computer crash some years ago destroyed a lot of my data which couldn't be restored again. Among it was 70 per cent of my then HUGE collection of Céline pictures! And among those also these pictures of René. Unfortunately I couldn't find them again. But - maybe, one day ... who knows ...

Man that is too bad sorry to hear that happened. Yes maybe one day will find them again. Thank you for all this hard work it is very interesting and fun.

I am surprised the Florida house is still so much the same! When did Celine sell that house? Thanks for the images!

And I assume that to do it like this and not with another frame, etc. that the mirror has something to do with Rene, like a family heirloom or gift to Celine or something like this.

Yeah - what I know so far about her I also sense in her a person who cherishes pieces with a memory or a high intangible value. And since we were allowed to see into one of her warehouses, one could imagine that there are many things she really cherishes! Reminds me of one of the interviews with Oprah, where she talked about the leaves and rocks her kids gave to her and then Oprah responded: "You can't keep everything ..." giggle.gif sofunny.gif

You are welcome. Glad to share some findings of my huge collection!

As far as I know - based on some media reports way back then: In August 2002, Céline and René sold their house in Admirals Cove, Jupiter, Florida. It was bought in November 2002 by Richard Santulli, founder and chief executive of New Jersey-based NetJets Inc.

Today I have again something of the "fashion department" of my collection. Dedicated to the headpieces she was wearing in that great "Vogue"-story in 2017 where she could really play with the most adventures clothes and outfits. Must have really felt like "Fashion Disneyland" for her and it was such a joy to see her in all the episodes they released way back then on Instagram.

I would have lost every bet! Because I thought she was wearing sneakers the whole time during her phenomenal performance high up on Eiffel Tower! So forgive me, dear Céline!!! A woman who that much loves shoes and fashion even wears pumps on a slippery roof top in the rain and while dealing with this merciless SPS!

I can only bow my head in respect and admiration!

PS: In the exhibition @ "La Galerie Dior" they didn't show those shoes, but completely different and non fitting ones!

One of the pictures you posted on the previous page shows Céline and René sitting at the table in the house, allegedly from an article in 7 jours dated January 2005. And it definitely looks like it could’ve been 2004/2005. So were they visiting?

The best is yet to come...

NO! The shoes of the exhibition are totally different and not those she was wearing! I've edited my posting and put there a picture of the exhibition-shoes.

But seriously - I never mentioned! I have to dig more deeper to that - some information must be incorrect. I try to figure out! So sorry ... of course wasn't my intention!

Edit: OH GOSH! YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED! That picture I've posted is not of Admirals Cove, it's from their home in LAVAL!!!! By the time I've put a lot of findings into my collection, and unintentionally wrote the wrong address! I am terribly sorry for the confusion!

Some great findings of Céline's past! It's always a blast to discover something like that!

Regarding the "American Music Awards" I am only "pretty" sure about it, since I never found a picture where also the upper part of the shoe was visible. But regarding the heel and the straps looks like she wore them on that occasion too.

Now THAT's another treasure of my collection! Whenever I have the chance to find very good pictures where details can be seen I try my luck in finding things. And this was easy with the label. But even if you know the label it's sometimes very hard to find things of the long lost past.

Somehow I do have a picture in my memory with Céline WEARING this jacket. But, unfortunately, I couldn't find that. If anyone up here owns or knows that picture, I would be very happy for any kind of help! Thanks!

Some of the things which were missing of another legendary photo shooting during a very tough time in Céline's life way back in 2016.

The other pieces she was wearing had all been already found and posted by others on different platforms.
