I swear, it's like watching a race take place at the Snail Olympics!

 

The sad thing is by the time they get everything fixed and to the way it should have been from the beginning, they'll probably have uploaded more videos with screwed up settings. I can see it now. Next year, they'll upload "The Power Of The Dream" to coincide with the Olympics in Tokyo, and only Japan and some random, small country like Tuvalu will be able to stream it!

"The greatest reward" will be when all her YouTube videos are fixed, and her team starts uploading other material like remixes, alternate takes, demos, etc. ;)

It is weird that Céline didn't mentioned anywhere about ANDHC anniversary. I guess she is more focus on 25 years

ANDHC was released in 2002. Its 20 yr anniversary won’t be until next year.

Why can't her team unblock all her blocked music videos all around the world? That would help her numbers go high tremendously. I wonder if her team looks at the numbers while decideing which songs to include in the setlist. If they are doing that, they are really quite delusional because it doesn't reflect reality as it is now with this situation of so many videos being blocked in so many countries.

I would love to watch the ANDHC video btw... :innocent:

I was shopping in REWE today, I was tired and stressed after a long Homeoffice week. And suddenly they played A New Day Has Come by Celine, it was like an angel sent from heaven.😍😍😍 Edited by comingback

I am so happy to see TC using Goodbyes the saddest word for Mother's Day, a song that is rarely appreciated.

But I just don't get why to promote merchandise for Mother's Day?

They just unblocked some music videos from other countries including mine like A New Day Has Come, Goodbyes (The Saddest Word), I Drove All Night, If You Asked Me To, Immortality and many more.

 

So the views are just starting to grow again.

 

i’m waiting for them to unblock My Heart Will Go On & The Show Must Go On (Live in Billboards Music Awards 2016-2017) and some sessions from Taking Chances like Can’t Fight The Feelin’

It is indeed the original version of the album cover. As far as I know, Sony eventually convinced Céline to have a picture of her as the cover even though she didn’t want to. The change probably happened in late 2001.

The best is yet to come...

Late 2001? So, does that mean... The photoshoot is the first thing that they did before recording the album in studio?

 

I wonder what is the first song that she recorded for the album

The photo session was in January 2002 in Florida and the interview is from March 2002 (around the album release). So the change was shortly before the release.

First the album was supposed to be this with the clouds, then it was made a photoshoot with Melvin Sokolsky. Finally, it was made a new photoshoot at her Florida mansion, that is the one we all know and it’s gorgeous. ;)

 

It was Patrick Demarchelier the photographer chosen!

All big fashion names involved.

The original cover is nice but I’m glad they changed it to the cover that ultimately was chosen. She looked great, it had a fresh feel to it, and in 2021 we know Celine still loves “hugging trees” lol
