I've always wondered why they didn't include the 2 bonus tracks on the Limited Edition CD too, instead of that absurd idea of placing them in the DVD

All Because of You was actually officially released?? I never knew that! Wish they'd included it on all the versions!

It was on that 2008 re release DVD. I always remember watching that DVD and all because of you playing first, then coming the documentary that starts with "I'm Céline Dion, mother, sister..." and then the I'm alive music video. Now I want to find that DVD and watch it again! :giggle:

Yes it was! It was released in the Limited Edition DVD and also as a b-side in the Goodbye's (The Saddest Word) cardsleeve and maxi single versions ^_^

You mean the 2008 Collector's Edition, but actually in that release they didn't include the 2 bonustracks. You are referring to the 2002 Limited Edition release, which included a DVD with the 2 bonus tracks, the making of documentaries and the LV preview video

On this day, 22 March, the album A New Day Has Come was released 15 years ago for the very first time in the world, in Australia to be more precise :wub:

Europe would have to wait 3 more days and the US/Canada until the 26th to listen this work of art ^_^

Day late... but I also remember buying this CD. I was still in middle school and I had a doctor's appointment so I skipped school. My parents would always take me out to eat or buy me something little after my appointments since I usually had to be poked and prodded with needles. My request after this appointment was to go buy ANDHC... at that time my dad didn't have a CD player in his car so I had to wait the excruciating 30 minute drive home to listen to it. The rest is history :wub:

My hard core obsession with Celine really started with ANDHC and it's still one of my favorite albums.

I was off school as I had stattered my knee! I was watching day time TV ( most boring time of my life ) and the advert came on and I was like WOW! I need it!

My dad got it me plus I got LTAL and the collectors series in a deal ( two for £15 )! Memories!

Maybe her official accounts won't remember today and tomorrow, but Legacy Recordings is celebrating the anniversary on their Facebook account ^_^ :wub:

Just a reminder that Legacy Recordings is a Sony Music branch for their old catalogue that rereleased the ANDHC album in 2008 in a beautifully presented "Collector's Edition".

i remember... when my nanny was introducing me to celine dion back when i was in grade school around 2005-2006 (before i like Mariah and Michael) i first heard All By Myself and i was amazed by how powerful and strong her voice then i continue to listen to her and the next song i heard was A New Day Has Come and i remember telling this to my nanny that i feel like i heard this song before.. i know the melody because the first time i heard that in TV i loved it but i didn't know who sang that song (even My heart will go on and Beauty and the Beast i didn't know that celine was the one singing it - when i was kindergarten I loved titanic and i always play my heart will go on over and over again haha but i didn't know who sang that song). That's why before when was in gradeschool-highschool my classmates know who's celine dion because of me. (i even bring the cd's at school even my first concert dvd A New Day and showed it to my classmates with my iPod touch of course they were amazed in that concert!) of course i'm proud in that DVD some even borrowed it. Yep it's wrong. Céline came to Madrid on April 16th 2002, and that day she taped the Música Sí TV show and did other promotional interviews (press conference in hotel, M80 and Los 40 principales radio shows).

The Música Sí show was split into two different performances as to give the impression she visited the show on 2 different days, with 2 costume changes, but of course she taped all of it within the same day.

The first program was aired on Saturday 27th April (she performed ANDHC in jeans and a pink top). The next Saturday, 4th May, they offered what they called a "mini concert" and we could see her perform (in a black dress) I'm Alive, At Last and again, ANDHC. She also gave a little interview this time

WOW 15 years. I was so exited about her comeback after her babybreak. At this time, the internetconnection was very slow, so I waited for hours

to download tv performances (LAEE in Montreal und GBA). Finally in March 2002, I went to the recordstore in my city and couldn't wait to listen to the album.

The leadsingle is one of her finest singles ever :wub: .

I remember hearing Celine for the first time, it was the All The Way CD in the late 90s, and I imagined her to be an older black woman like Aretha Franklin until I saw her picture on the CD cover and I just couldn't believe that this is how she really looks like hahahaha

I am pretty sure to have discovered that Dawn Cumberbatch has been doing some chorus background on Céline's Team at that time 9 years before joining Celine residency in Vegas...From 1:45 to 2:38

The ANDHC CBS special, was the best one of the four she has done.

The Christmas one is my favorite (I just love the duet with Rosie, and the banter beforehand. And, IIRC, that was the one that had Celine go back to her hometown and also showed her recording Feliz Navidad with her family. And she looked so pretty that day).

And I actually saw the 1999 ATW one live in Radio City, so I love that one, too.

But the ANDHC special is good, too.

The only one I think really wasn't good was the TC one.

The Christmas one holds a special place to me because it was her first. I love the ambience of the studio, and the nostalgia I feel when I watch it now.

The ATW one is good too...I just feel like it goes too fast.

The TC one. I actually don't like at all lol. They tried to bring that "An Audience With" feel to it, which I didn't like even in the U.K. The questions were so contrived and came off so cringeworthy. They should have had non-celebrity questions as well. Would have made it come off more genuine.

It doesn't Carlos, it doesn't at all, like many of SM decisions with her singles since ever :rolleyes: :giggle:

She performed "Ten Days," yes. I went to the taping. It was my favorite performance of the night.
