There is a possibility Celine sold more copies than Mariah in Europe -> Cause she's French and somehow most french speaking countries do like Celine music. For example in Belgium, people know French, English, Dutch, but they would prefer to listen to Celine than Mariah music cause Celine's music has both English and French.

Flo Rida's Low is a huge hit in america. i was #1 for like 10 weeks if im not mistaken, and that only goes to show how the music had changed. the song is just a big joke for me. also Crank That (Soulja Boy) was #1 for 7 weeks! wtf! i think celine have to go "yeah yeah" "oh uhuh uhuh" to sell her music. paging Jermaine Dupri, c'mon, release Fade Away and do the "uhuh celine" and make the song celine's 5th #1 please LOL

In Australia, Taking Chances drops only 3 places to 42(39), a week after mother's day, so im surprised it didnt have a massive drop.

 

On the DVD chart, she drops two places to 7(5). But bare in mind Andre Rieu is in Australia, and he has 8 of the top 10 DVD's on the chart, and has 17 of the top 50 DVD'S. Shes also outselling Josh Groban, whose DVD debuted a week ago.
