Probably it will be certified in weeks. Reaching double or triple platinum status in States is also enough for me to be satisfied.

 

Hopefully her US leg of the tour will boost the sales, and so the special edition CD of the album. "Taking Chances" joined the ranks of Alicia Keys' "As I Am" and Carrie Underwood's "Carnival Ride" as Sony BMG's best-selling albums of 2007.

Sales in South Africa are about 115.000! When will the album get certified 3X Platinum? The same thing in the US. OK maybe they're waiting for Taking Chances to sold the 1.000.000th copy but what about the DVD that has sold more than 150.000? It should be at least Platinum for 100.000!

In Europe, Taking Chances has sold more than 1.000.000. What about a Platinum certification?
