Apparently, America was overdue for a good Christmas album. It's doing freakishly well.

And that is pretty exciting, since Mariah's album is years older than Celine. I just wish there had been a huge Christmas single from it, so it would also be selling as Mariah's "All I Want For Christmas Is You."

I'm so happy she's not falling.

This is much better than we think once you add billboards it will easily reach 110k in sales, meaning next week it will be gold.

the album is also moving up in Ireland & Switzerland so we may well be another week at number 1 in europe

Looks like Josh has now beaten it. Isnt it funny that Celine helped him get his break and now he is surpassing one of her records :nono:

7....that's fantastic!!!! :D

not so much actually . look at the numbers - she is down 20% eventho she was on the highest rated show in the u.s...next week we'll probably see a major decline as this leg of the promotion blitz is over

Well it's fantastic as she was at 11, 9 and on 8 for a while.... and now in the end she's at #7. B)

OMG. Get over it. I follow the charts EVERY week and NEVER have I seen an able sell more than 60,000 copies than they originally would have after they appeared on Dancing With The Stars. Her numbers ARE good. She sold poorly in her first week but her album IS holding on strong and selling at a good pace.

#7! Almost 100.000 copies sold out! She made less than 200.000 copies on her first week! So it's a very, very good thing!

not bad AT ALL!

She might sell another 100k next week, since we get the usual christmas rise.

As someone up there sad, weak first week sales, but holding strong now!

those are good news. i hope she will be at the Top 10 at least till the release of the next single... i hope the 2nd single will boost her sales. remember that the world tour will increase the sales also

we still have the AND final show which will be a good material for entertainment news in the next weeks

Great!!!! Celine's album is doing well! :)

The album is doing a good job at staying in the top 10 but I'm not sure if it can sustain this kind of showing for the next four weeks. I hope that they release the second single now instead of waiting for the new year.

By the way, am I right to think that "Noel" is now THE YEAR'S BEST-SELLING ALBUM IN AMERICA ? Who would have thought, huh?
