if there are only a few songs recorded... you can't name the album yet! Besides... The Reason was named Let's Talk About Love only a few months, or even months before it's offical release!! My hand over my heart just sounds wrong!

 

I think she'll sell inbetween the ANDHC and OH sales... depending on promotion and of course... the music!!

we already have a confirmation regarding the name of the album - "my hands will go on"

 

"My Hand Over My Heart" it sounds like a play on words from MHWGO. It doesn't seem like it would be the title...i think they were either being sarcastic or they got the wrong information from someone. I don't like that title, and it doesn't fit a Celine Dion album.

at first i thought so too but just think about it, Celine is always singing about love and her hand is always over her heart when she sings or talks. it totally fits. she a very emotional person

i wasn't able to confirm anything about it when i called back. i dont know why when you call radio stations they put you on hold and all of a sudden you're not there anymore and it doesnt sound like it hangs up only silent, then 15 minutes later you get a operator recording. if the title is real from a true source, i think it's original and screams of Celine Dion. honestly i am hoping this is the real title cuz i'm falling in love with it.

Exactly and now gogo show where they used the word "flop"... OH just continued the trend. The new album will sell half of what ANDHC sold at best, gogo, mark my words. The situation on the market is bad, really bad.

Your point of view is correct that record sales are declining each year in terms of physical sales but don't forget digital downloads are booming. Soon enough sales will be based on digital downloads and will be used as a yardstick to measure the success of albums. I haven't bought an actual cd in 2 years but i have bought plenty of albums and singles in the form of digital downloads. I think even at this point physical sales are irrelevant and should be combined with digital downloads to give an overall sales figures.

i agree with you. i don't really like that potential title. it implies too much of celine as an old lady.

I agree. I I'm alive. It just makes me happy to hear it every time. Celine should definitely release uptempo song with lots of drums in the background for her first english single. I hope it will not be slow rnb ballad .

the first single will be more rocky/rnb style and that's much better than IA - let's not even talk about those drums , the poor arrangements , the amateur production and the bad vocals - i think britney should cover it and make it her comeback single

. But I don't agree about the drums and I'm not talking about I'm alive sound. I was thinking that she could do totally new and fresh song with amazing drums arrangement. Something like that Japanese drum band Kodo but with fitting tune over the beat. And YES, it would totally rock if she would do more rock style. I don't mind rnb also, but not that recycled sound that everyone use these days.

If this album had anything similar to I'm Alive on it I'd be very surprised indeed.

 

And just for the record, I liked I'm Alive.

How do you know we will never hear something like ''I'm alive'' again? Did she signed a contract saying ''I will never ever record anything similar to I'm alive''? We don't know what she will or will not do. Remember, the album has 15-16 songs. And I'm not saying it should be similar, I don't want to hear Celine repeating herself but that doesn't mean that we won't hear slightly similar sound on one of the future songs especially cause she loves to perform I'm alive .
