They're already using footage from that song for promo pics & the new trailer.. well why not use the song in its entirety when the DVD gets released..

because this song was already used while promoting celine's previous tours and eventho it's the highlight of the show right now it doesnt prove anything ...only how this show is boring and how most of the songs r there for 5 years now , every once in a while when they add a song it's a huge celebration and in fact i thought that the all point was changing the songs all the time

cause i surrender is better and hers, not a remake + the show doesn't have 1 song only, its very nice for the trailer atm, but time will pass till the dvd gets released, they should use another song by then

u all realize that nothing from what u r suggesting would ever happen right? celine has 2 albums to promote which is already too much...when will she have the time to release a single from the DVD? + it's too confusing and not wise to release so much stuff at the same time .

 

they missed their chance to release her best english single ever in 2002 and they missed their second chance to do it as part of the OH album...they prefered HYEBIL .

This song alone has made many of my good friends actually consider listening to Celine's music. They say that this song alone blows away all other female vocalists....and these are anything but Celine-type music people. So I don't think it's overrated at all.

 

I agree that it's a good song to play for the commercial promoting the DVD, but that's probably about all they could use it for anymore.

same here . 2 of my friends , one of them HATED celine before listening to that song and ever since they care about her and her music all of sudden . no doubt - it's her greatest non-single hit ever and it's more popular than most of her singles...i mean it's one of the signature songs on american idol

Popular on American Idol is really a good thing.

 

I Surrender is a great song, but really it's just a typical Celine ballad. If she wants anyone other than people who are already fans to buy any of her cds, she's going to have to release something that isn't typical Celine.

So by the time he did, he just automatically agreed "She is amazing!" He was so down for her... just about in 4 minutes after he listened. It was what it took. It's an amazing song...

 

They shound release it as single. It would blow the world away. They would love it!

So I dont know where you got that from!!. But, I have to say thats one of my very very favorite Celine songs.. too bad they cant use both RDMH and I Surrender :/
