Celine's house in Jupiter Island, Florida

I think she's staying in Vegas and then going to Los Angeles prob tomorrow or the day after haha because she is going to be on Jimmy Kimmel September 6th and then the Ellen Show on the 11th so she'll be staying in LA for a little bit! Maybe after that she'll go back to florida. I think she will because they prob have to get all of their stuff out and just stay at the house for a little while.

When I first heard the news that Celine and Rene were selling this home I felt sad for RC having to leave his school and friends. However, I've moved with children and they do adjust in making new friends in their new school. Now I hear from Celine on the Ellen show that RC is going to be home schooled for a year. My gosh, they booked the 70 shows around RC's school schedule and yet still been using the Florida home less these past two years.

 

For me, I just cannot seem to understand Celine's reasoning to have Vegas as her main home. Celine's explanation as to why they're selling just doesn't coincide with her past comments about living in this Florida home, how much she loves the Ocean and warm weather, the stability for the family, etc. I venture to guess Celine may not be happy about selling this home. Of course I could be wrong.

 

Celine has stated she put so much love into building this home for her family and now selling it....I'm a bit stunned by the news and sad for RC.

 

A possible reason I could understand the move toVegas is less likely to get sick from traveling and no issues of not being able to travel when anyone in the family is ill, therefore a healthier family....including Celine.

What about his friends and socialization. I'm sure Celine has all that covered since she is a wonderful mother, but when i heard he was going to be home schooled again, i thought it didn't really make much sense.

Yeah that was a bit of a surprise. But I did read somewhere he was attending his FL school by Skype when they were in Vegas so this is probably just easier. Maybe the home-schooling is temporary until they can visit a few schools and pick one? To my knowledge, she still has the same Vegas home; she just made it bigger to accommodate their needs now with a bigger family and it being a more permanent home.

It does stay pretty warm in that part of the country too......just a different kind of warm so I guess she's still getting that. They do live on lake so maybe that covers the water aspect? lol Idk.....but I know what you're saying. It was supposed to be permanent but I think the back and forth was getting to her and maybe that's why she kept getting sick/cancelling shows. Plus this does give her more stability than going back and forth all the time. Hopefully this will mean less cancelled shows in the future. It seems the last two years she's had to cancel shows in the February/March time frame.

I assume that this whole estate's much too expensive - even for someone like Celine. Remember, that they had to pay extra taxes, as the where using much more fresh water to keep up the waterpark. I remember a story, where the fresh-waterlevel of that island dropped dramaticly, as they filled all those giant pools. And I also think, that cleaning and keeping up such an imense estate costs really really much.

Yeah they might end up putting him in a real school in Vegas But actually they are re-building a house in Vegas like a bigger one for the family. She said something very qucik on Jimmy Kimmel she said "re-building in Vegas". So I'm guessing because they are moving entirely back to Vegas they will need a bigger house haha.

 

And actually I think the reason why he is being homeschooled now is because Celine is travelling a lot more outside of Vegas now like to Paris, Belgium, Quebec, etc....so that's a lot more of missed school for RC than the usual. I think the homeschooling is a better idea because during the times Celine doesn't have shows in Vegas they can go wherever they want! They can go on vacation or they can go back to Florida (they are buying a smaller house according to the realtor) or they can just stay in Vegas and relax haha It's sad though how RC will be taken from his friends in Florida but because he plays baseball in Vegas on a team he must have a lot of friends in Vegas he hangs out with. They're a lot of months every year so I imagine he has a lot there lol. And besides when they g obcak to Florida every so often he can see his school friends there

I wonder why they don't just rent it out, so they can maybe go back there in 2019 after Vegas. The twins will still be young enough to enjoy the waterpark.
