Celine Dion might be singing a happy tune soon if she manage to sell her Florida home for its astronomical listing price!

The singer recently put her Juniper Island estate on the market for a whopping $72.5 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

And at that price, you better believe the crooner's tony property packs some serious perks.

Like a water park.

Yep, looks like Dion and her family enjoyed a little fun, thanks to the estate's two connecting pools, which featured slides, a lazy river and watergun stations. A third pool offered views of the Atlantic ocean, you know, in case water parks just aren't your thing.

Additionally, the sprawling 5.7-acre property includes such fab features as vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet with a handy automated clothing rack and two decks—one complete with a hot tub—for enjoying the sunny weather.

But before you become too envious of the singer, you might feel a bit better knowing that she rarely had the time to enjoy her lavish estate, which is part of the reason she decided to put it on the market.

"The property is currently underutilized," Dion's rep tole E! News. "Due to an intensive performance schedule, especially in Las Vegas and around the world over the next Five years, the family will not be able to spend much time in Florida. They will base themselves in Las Vegas."

Some of the night scenes reminded me of a mini Las Vegas hotel. In the US economy, the asking price is astronomical. If they lowered their offer it may sell faster.

I think that only the maintenance of that water park must be incredibly crazy. That has been one of the few extravagances I've seen Céline do. She doesn't use to attract the attention doing eccentricities, but that water park was one of them, like the theme park Michael Jackson had built in Neverland lol

Definitely agree that arcade is out of this world. Seems like RC is spoiled beyond repair. I can't imagine a child being exposed to this much extravagance and then expected to have a normal life like they claim. He was somewhat bratty on the OWN documentary, by the way. Whatever happened to Celine saying she was cutting back on shows to work around RC's school schedule? I guess they are finding him a new school in Vegas or having him homeschooled again. It must have been too huge of a hassle to travel back and forth between Vegas and Florida with the twins and the tons and tons of luggage she has.

She probably didn't think about the fact that she built it three years ago. She'll probably live in vegas and Quebec. She talked lately about how she wanted to build a new house in Quebec.
