But i don't know what's the reason of rushing to sell that gorgeous house in florida? I think the money isn't an issue. I mean she became desperate to sell that house that she made it cheaper 72M goind down to 38M? I think it should stay at 72M!

 

My guess: Money might very well be an issue, mainly for a house where they didn't stay so much! Apart from the maintenance of the 500.000 gallon waterpark and the 5,7 acre of lawns, which needed alot of water too. It is said, that the whole estate guzzled 6,5 million gallons water per year (over 24.600.000 litres!!!!). Which means nearly 18.000 gallons/over 68.000 litres PER DAY (!!!). A "normal" Jupiter Island resident uses around 170 gallons/681 litres in average! The constant turmoil regarding that - with all respect - disatrous consumption of water never ended. And maybe she woke up and decided to act more ecoconscious? Additional she surely needed an army to keep that whole estate running. Another guess is, that she forced the sale because of the memories attached with René?

Having an expensive house that she isn't using anymore is a huge loss in profit in itself. So why keep something you aren't using.

 

And I think I read that RC, Nelson and Eddy were supposed to get the profits from the house once sold. I guess she just wanted to take care of that as well.

I think that was the main reason! After all, Celine has sold virtually all real estate since the death of her husband.

The houses were absolutely fabulous and let's face it ... she does not need the money, so why sell them? I believe because of the memories... :down:

She had to sell her estates in Canada because it was a part of the will to Renés 3 oldest children.

The Laval house had been on sale for a long time

The common person would have to sell to deliver the share of the inheritance to each child. But Celine has hundreds of millions of dollars so I believe that she decided to sell because she wanted to. ;)

True, I was just mentioning one of the reasons. I think she doesn't do anything unless she wants to. Both in professional and private life

The timing on the Laval home was suspicious.....The listing came after that guy broke in, took a bath, etc......She is a little superstitious and this may have spooked her. Who knows!!

See that it's been upgraded but also looks like a lot of the original furniture is still there. You would after all these years there would be nothing left
