Javito Posted November 30, 2017 at 09:13 PM Posted November 30, 2017 at 09:13 PM Yeah its build in 1998.... it's the house where they had the photoshoot for RC's baby photos. Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G950F met Tapatalk I know it as the place where the gorgeous "All The Way" photoshoot took place, rather than the place for "RC's baby photos" :P Or where they took this brilliant, unique shot by the pool 2 Quote "Hush, now... drove all night Posted August 18, 2018 at 08:25 PM Posted August 18, 2018 at 08:25 PM Célines house in Jupiter is already sold, but regarding the new pictures, which emerched there are some funny details to be discovered. https://www.sothebyshomes.com/palmbeach/sales/0077138-215-S-Beach-Rd-Hobe-Sound-FL-33455 * In the kitchen there is a bibcock right above the stove, without a sink underneath. * On the message board messages can be read: "WELCOME HOME MOM!!! And : "WE LOVE YOU MOST!!!!" the rest is unfortunately not readable. * In this white green room, little frogs are sitting left and right of the flatscreen. On the wall pictures of Linda, René, RC, all three together. * The chair's similar to that one she's got in her wardrobe @ Caesars. * But the weirdest thing is the sink with two bibcocks right in the table of the seating area. Never seen something similar. I wonder if they had to wash the disehes there right after the meals? 1 Quote

You can fill a pot with water there instead of having to lug it from the sink. Now as for the 3rd picture, I have no clue as to why she would have faucets there other than to wash hands after the meal ??? Quote I have had the time of my life following this woman! Much love.

Here in Austria we carry our pots to the sink to fill it up. If you forget to turn off the water there ain't so much mess like when forgetting to turn of the pot filler ... well, at least the whole water will be steamed through the oven. Haha, I just looked in the dictionary. It's not every day that I use bibcock ... or whats the correct word for that thing where water comes out over a sink? 1 Quote

Haha yeah I think it's the privilege of rich people to have pot filler haha. I've never seen it before. The sink at the table maybe has milk in it since it's a breakfast table jk I call it a tap but English isn't my first language so maybe a bibcock is a common word? 1 Quote

jpatdeleon09 Posted August 19, 2018 at 04:01 AM Posted August 19, 2018 at 04:01 AM (edited) Don’t forget the grass- it’s hard to maintain with that huuuuuuuuge lot Oh! Also the huge pool Edited August 19, 2018 at 04:01 AM by jpatdeleon09 1 Quote
celine4evauk Posted August 19, 2018 at 07:46 AM Posted August 19, 2018 at 07:46 AM Lol well maybe the tap at the table is a hot water one? So you can just sit there and make a cup of coffee? And a bibcock is a type of tap, usually with a bendy end. 😁😂 Quote

But her 1998-Florida home must have been a bigger nightmare in cleaning, all this baroque stuff. She must have had an army of housecleaners and flower keepers! Looking through these pictures again I realized why they had soooo much space in waterpark-Florida. The other home was squished between the other multimillion-dollar-houses. A kind of garden wasn't really there. The house looked like an overpacked palace. Not really comfortable to me. Quote

empress Posted August 19, 2018 at 03:16 PM Posted August 19, 2018 at 03:16 PM Money certainly wasn't the issue in any decision she made to keep, build or sell. She has an army of people that work for her, so cleaning up is not even something her mind has to consider. She has said that white, black and red are her favorite colors. She does not have to concern herself with cleaning the white. If you notice, she wears a lot of white. The faucet/pot filler over the sink is a fairly average item in the US. I'm sure the sink at the counter (which I couldn't see clearly) has some purpose. She built the house so that they could stay home, have family and friends over and still have a "park-like" atmosphere. The only reason why I can see that she sold it is because of Rene's condition and RC becoming more involved in outside the house activities that kept him in LV and Canada (Montreal??). It wasn't my cup of tea. I like white, but the interior of the house was too modern. I loved her last home in Canada.....Laval?? Not sure the location. I loved the color and richness. But I would not have liked the cold weather. The thing I'm most surprised about is that she hasn't built a new home in LV. Her home there, even with renovations, seems small, cramped and isn't beautiful like her past homes. Who knows?? She has her reasons. Also, thanks for the education into the word "bibcock". I assumed it was a faucet, but you don't hear the word here much in the states. 2 Quote

I think the money isn’t an issue. I mean she became desperate to sell that house that she made it cheaper 72M goind down to 38M? I think it should stay at 72M! Quote

Having an expensive house that she isn't using anymore is a huge loss in profit in itself. So why keep something you aren't using. And I think I read that RC, Nelson and Eddy were supposed to get the profits from the house once sold. I guess she just wanted to take care of that as well. Quote
