I read where Vegas will be the permanent residence now instead of Florida because she will be doing some touring when she's not in Vegas (similar to what Rod Stewart does perhaps?). I'm guessing RC will just go to school there, then. The only thing I think about, though, is with that much money and being young in Vegas he may have a little too much fun.
