It has a waterpark and it's really tethered to Celine and her family's likes. Anyone who can afford this house will want to invest their money in something else...that's just what I'm thinking at least lol. Sooo it will probably be on the market forever. They still live there like they have all their things there because in the video shoot of it you can see family pictures and stuff Also they were in Florida a few months ago. I really hope no one makes an offer to be honest...I know that they're building another amazing house in Vegas but it can never compare to florida's. Maybe because Celine's on hiatus they'll visit the Florida house more often and realize they can't sell it?! The taxes, the upkeep.....that water bill!! Really, it just depends on how it's marketed. I remember when Spelling Manor went on sale. Some foreign billionaires daughter, bascially an heiress, bought it. And I don't think it took the realtor that long to sell it either. (Although I can't think of the asking price & specifics off the top of my head.....) The fact that one or both is still on the market, to some degree, just tells me the right person for it just isn't in the market to buy right now, that it's just not marketed very well, or that they're simply asking too much when considering other factors of the property. I hate to see them sell all of these properties but I get why they're doing it. Homes of this nature take time to sell but I kinda feel like it shouldn't take this long.......
