I have to say that I agree about OH- while it wasn't ever going to be compared to FIY and achieve Grammy success, it was something Celine had decided to give to her fans, to showcase some of the Vegas songs (I still would like to see her perform Love Is All We Need in the show like it was meant to). I think Reveal, Faith, I Know What Love Is In His Touch and Je T'Aime Encore are really beautiful- they have a 'Celine Mystery' about them like songs from past, early albums but modern and fresh. In fact, I'm going to listen to OH right now!

Well I do...

 

FIY it's a master piece (a great pop album full of excepcional songs);

 

OH it's a collection of garbage (with some excepcions like Je T'aime Encore or I Know What Love Is).

garbage????I dont think so.It's a good album for those people who is not familiar with Celine.And if it really got a good promotion,it would be a great hit all over the world.Max Martin, Rami,Kristian Lundin, Andreas Carlsson....they really did a good job.

I'm a Celine fan for more than 10 years and I will probably be a fan forever but there is an album that I really didn't like.

 

Nowadays I think she found her way and I really think her next English album (to be released in 2008, 2009, 2010...) will surprise us all. It will be spectacular!!!

Anyways her new French album will be great, listen how she sounds right now. She'll have Goldman and professional literature writers to avoid such meaningless sentences like "mais je viens quand même" she sings recently - it will be great.

I like OH, just because it shows Céline can sing different types of song (not just ballads). Considering the state of popular music generally (a sign I'm growing old !?), I think OH is refreshing

I myself can already feel the amazing lyrics the 10 women (and possibly JJG) have written for Céline. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to participate in the hype around the new French album.

 

It will be such a g-e-m. I can already smell the elegance being recorded in Las Vegas. It will be dreadfully refined and OH SO DEEP. Well, it may be then again something Lorie would sing but whatever it will be still Céline... ahhaha

 

But no, the anticipation has begun. She is recording the French gem.

I'm listening to D'eux now. It's a masterpiece, in every way. I am so prepared for the new French CD and I'm so glad it will be out at least one month before the English album. It will outshine it just like SISDA outshone TAST and LTAL.

I feel you all! I can't wait for the CD either. It will be surely gorgeous with an elegant booklet and sexy Celine shots showing off the modd of songs contained there.

 

Also what I'm excited about is the title of the album!!! I hope it'll be as original as "One Girl & 4 Guys". I bet they will use this time a song title from the album like they did with "S'il suffisait d'aimer"...
