I just received an e-mail from Event Travel confirming that special VIP merchandise will be handled at the venue on the day of the show from their hosts.

Block L, Row 9. Seat 161. Should be a nice view of the whole stage. Hopefully seated next to someone alone or from here to enjoy the experience ❤️

Wow, row 3 is gonna be filled with major fans, that's for sure 😂 

I'm in seat 102. Pretty cool that many of us will be sitting together. I guess it's allocated in the order of booking (which makes sense). 

I am once again thanking the kind soul that shared the Event Travel link here on this forum. My mental health would not be the same without him/her 😂

Block B and L are interesting because they might still be in that diamond configuration... if that's the case, even several rows deep, it's possible to not have anyone in front of you

People who booked through EventTravel, how did you guys get your tickets?

I got mine from the email address noreply_plenitudearena@trium.fr which appears to be linked to Ticketmaster. Everything has Plenitude Arena branding.

The issue is that I got my tickets in PDF form. I’ve heard that they need to be in digital pass form and that PDF is not accepted.

Any thoughts?

Yep I got an email from them confirming exactly what I received from the venue… but I still wrote them right back just to check haha

Mine was the same ! I guess I'll print it and bring it? I was also expecting a digital ticket but we'll see.

I don't know, but I'm going to bring it in every form I have (print, pdf on my phone, photo of the QR codes, etc), and then if there's an issue, they're huge on customer service and have a hotline to call for this stuff apparently

As mentioned there will be 2/3 staff from the company at the arena to help and to give out the merch packs.

The screenshot below is of Block L  the highlighted ticket is Row 10, Seat 155, so that gives you an idea of the configuration of that block. Block B is the same layout and A/K are the middle two. This is the worst fit so far… Annie was surpassing each day until now.. but who cares just a rehearsal that they refuse to film right? 😂

There really hasn’t been any colors so far anyway… all naturals. Black/white/cream/ beige/brown.

Wait wait wait - the tickets we get from Eventtravel is a PDF and on the Plentitude Arena Facebook page they just posted a video saying there are no paper nor PDF tickets....
