People are also cuckoo if they think she could still sing that song... and even if she could, it would probably result in her breaking down on stage, which unless you have some weird obsession with seeing people you like/love cry... would not be desirable

It's weird that OH never has been performed 'live' since it was a single and she did a few tv performances of it.

• Music videos for “My Heart Will Go On” and “Because You Loved Me” on YouTube (with film scenes subbed for B-roll footage, if necessary)

 

• A proper 25th Anniversary release of Falling Into You

 

• Home video releases (DVD/ Blu-ray, or Streaming)

- Live in 2017 (Paris & London shows)

- Live in 2016 (Montréal or Paris)

- Best of “Céline” in Vegas (2011-2019)

Hello everyone,

here in Germany just a few days ago Celine's music videos for ANDHC, IDAN, Alone (live in Boston), Immortality, If you asked me to, GTSW, Je ne vous oublie pas, MHWGO (live in Las Vegas), BYLM (live in Las Vegas) and TTWII were finally unblocked. For the first time only Incredible was the only one who was still blocked. But now only 3 days later all the videos are blocked again and even now When I fall in love too... I was so happy when I finally could watch the videos. Maybe they are trying to improve her channel... I hope they will fix this soon and make the videos available here finally. Did you guys notice something similar?

I agree. We haven’t heard Céline really pour out her heart to us since the Courage press junket. I know it’s pointless to compare her to other artists in the business, but check out Annie Lennox. Now there’s an open book! Her video posts aren’t attention-seeking; she’s being open so she can use her soapbox to share how the pandemic has helped her grow and to offer inspiration and hope for her fans.

 

With all the crazy things that have happened in the world in the past year, Céline’s “3rd annual Pride playlist” post looks very shallow in the grand scheme of things, and to me it just highlights how absent she is from the fans these days. It even touches on the current discourse of how corporate giants are suddenly “supporting” the Queer community with their empty rainbows and Pride merchandise. I know Céline truly cares, but this looks just as weak an attempt as the FIY25 debacle. (And yes, I think it was a “debacle”. It would have been the perfect opportunity to treat/spoil the fans during a difficult time while getting some extra publicity, and they had to scramble to appease fans that were complaining on social media, and in the end, the fans did more to celebrate than she and her team did. Huge disappointment, and a major failing of her management to capitalize on her branding.)

 

This ended up being a much longer post than I anticipated, but to end it I’ll just say that I miss the old Céline, and I hope she “comes back” to us when she returns to the stage - even though I’m not holding my breath.

This post was made on this forum.....in 2013! Sound familiar? So many Celine fans have wanted the same things for a long time that I have to laugh when certain fans try to gaslight others into thinking they are "complaining" and need to "get their heads checked". And no, the user is not active anymore on the forum.

 

It's really funny if you read posts made years ago how much they sound like they could be written in the current Celine era. There were so many other different comments like that, but this is just one example I came across. It's obviously a systemic, pattern. Not about individual fans being "crazy and desperate" ...

Yea I miss these kinds of small videos now too, especially since this very long pandemic where we have had mostly silence from Celine & her team... I understand that she wanted to take a break during the pandemic & all, I do get that... But it has been nearly 18 months since then, & I am missing Celine & I know most or all of you got to be missing her too @ this point...

 

& I know she is not starting up her touring again & new Vegas residency until next year, but I really do hope that we will hear from her @ least one time before then, like a small video of her singing a snippet of a song, or a small interview, or @ least SOMETHING to hold us fans over until next year! & I know she is not a big social media person, but as she is still a huge celebrity & still a living celebrity, & it is the 21st century, she needs to try to have some kind of social media presence, especially in these times... & also hire a few YOUNGER people who know how to use social media & give Celine a bigger social media presence that she deserves & that pretty much every other celebrity that is still living does have nowadays! Nobody is saying they have to post every day or every week or anything like that, but posting @ least once a month, or maybe even a small video or interview once in a while when she is not performing would not hurt her or effect her life, kids, or family @ all... I know it's not the 100% the same as a little video of her or an interview but she will start touring this year, in august right? That's not that far away that we will see her again
