So they made a small 10s video with high quality video of That's The Way It Is, I wished they would remaster the video, but I think I have to wait another 3 years, if you know what I mean. Maybe they'll remaster Immortality next year.🙄

I would rather they not remaster if it means they are going to DELETE the previous ones with hundreds of millions of views.

I think they can remaster it without losing the views. Look at IACBTMN they replaced it with an HD version yet the views is still the same it didn’t reset lol

Don't wait till her retirement or death to release everything, that just doesn't make sense..but in a way she's already dead, since her social media accounts look anything but alive; throwbacks and anniversaries— something that Teams of dead singers post.

I truly hope Team Celine properly promotes and markets the following exciting upcoming events and moments in Celine's career:

• Celine big return to Las Vegas at Resorts World this year! “Queen Celine” was originally scheduled to be the first performer at Resorts World, and her new show there is expected to be amazing and incredibly successful, just like her past two residences at Caesar’s Palace, the top two most successful residences of all time!
  
• Celine’s official Sony music career documentary, currently in production which Celine announced, which should be an amazing retrospect of Celine’s iconic, legendary career, and will hopefully attrack a new generation of fans to Celine's amazing career catalog!
  
• Celine’s big acting debut in her first movie- “It’s All Coming Back To Me”! It will be extremely exciting to see this highly anticipated movie, set to be released in early February next year! One of the main actors from the upcoming film confirmed that Celine is lending a lot of music to the film, and recorded at least one new song for the movie! Celine is the “Queen of movie songs”, and hopefully the song and soundtrack will be HUGE!! This could be Celine’s “Bodyguard” moment, if the film, soundtrack, and movie song are all successful, like Whitney had with her acting debut in “The Bodyguard”!
  

I’m very excited for Celine’s big return to music and performing!

I truly hope Celine’s health has greatly improved, and that she’s excited to return, and that her voice is in top shape after all the vocal rest while she was healing!

Sorry but what is this "Celines big return" about?

 

Because NOBODY KNOWS if she is even healthy enough to be coming back to singing anytime soon! & no that source "Deuxmoi" or whatever is NOT RELIABLE as it is just another GOSSIP SITE, & besides there has been NO OTHER sources to have confirmed about Celine returning to performing, & there has been no updates from her team at all!

Ok, I have to say something. I've been a huge fan of Celine for a really long time, and Team Celine has let us Celine fans down many times (with an occasional surprise like the 25th Anniversary release of the "My Heart Will Go On" music video), but...

the incredible lack of any kind of proper celebration for 2 VERY important milestone Anniversaries in Celine's career this month- the 25th Anniversary of "These Are Special Times"- one of the most successful and acclaimed Christmas albums of all time, and the 30th Anniversary of one of Celine's greatest, classic albums- "The Colour of My Love", is just

insanely dissappointing. Who else agrees? I just wanna yell out loud "WHAT IS HAPPENING?!"

There's been basically ZERO celebration at all for the special 25th Anniversary this month for "These Are Special Times" (beginning on 11/3, when TAST was released in North America), which is just absolutely not acceptable. And, yes, I know, before anyone has to say... "what did you expect?!" Well, I didn't expect much, but out of respect for Celine's legacy, I did truly hope that anyone at Sony Music that is getting paid to represent Celine's "team", and that has the ability to put any effort into honoring Celine's amazing career legacy and her important song, album, or career Anniversaries, would actually release something exciting and fresh to honor both Anniversaries. So many other legacy artists are having very well thought out Anniversary releases of their most successful, classic albums.

 

For the 30th Anniversary of TCOML we got a video from a DVD released YEARS ago. And, that wasn't even the best performance from that DVD/concert which in my opinion is "Can't Help Falling In Love"- one of the best live performances and vocals of all time!

Oh yeah, and they posted a social media post and changed of the cover page on Celine's social media pages what?! LOL

 

I really think we should all take a couple minutes and either post on Celine's Instagram or Facebook about this matter, or to email Celines team at Sony Music Canada at- webmasterca@sonymusic.com asking Team Celine to release and/or post some exciting videos, previously unreleased songs, remixes, or photos from the albums, or from the making of the albums (not to mention finally releasing a digital release and special DVD/Blu-Ray release of Celine's second Las Vegas Residency- "Celine")

 

Has anyone already reached out to Sony Music Canada? Or, if not, is everyone here willing to do that? I have contacted them about this and given my feedback

Honestly, I actually thought that campaign stood a chance, but of course Sony was too cheap/lazy to release anything out of the vault. This is where I REALLY miss Rene. He was a master at getting us content. Sure, some weren't great releases, missing some potential (A New Day... I'm looking at you) but at least we got the shows released. What really sucks is Celine's last official concert release was Une seule fois and that was released back in 2014. Since then, we haven't had any release of the original run of Celine from 2011-2014, the 2015-2017 runs, 2018-2019 tour version, nor any summer tours, or Courage. And that's just the recent stuff. So, yeah, "Team Celine" only exists to push merchandise (if you can call it that) and to post an anniversary post on social media. Until Celine gets a proper manager and/or social media team in place, things are only going to stay the same and it's a damn shame.

Totally agree. These days it’s all about how to keep the profit margin in the face of inflation and less about the quality. I would not be surprised if the same vendor does promotion for Celine, Backstreet Boys, Rachel Platten, Colby Caillat and many others who aren’t even on the same recording label! Pleasing the fans is the last thing on their mind, they’re just trying to fulfill bare minimum contractual obligations

I still think that the one who has to do something is Celine. Doesn’t need to be in person, given the circumstances, but she needs to hire a team of her own to push things on Sony.

 

But when the artist herself doesn’t care much, I don’t think any fan campaign would cause a difference, really. And things were already like this before the SPS factor.

I’ve been listening at lot to Anastacia’s latest album recently. I find it amazing! I don’t mind the songs are all covers. The energy, the emotions and her beautiful and still powerful voice are in point.

 

If Céline ever records another English album, I would like her to go to that direction. It would sound like a « Taking Chances part 2 » 😍

It also makes you think how many people became unemployed when Céline had to cancel the tour and the new Vegas show. Love her or hate her, but as a performer, a lot people relied on her for their main income.
