Back in June, Celine said that she and her team have already been putting their ideas together for a few months. She then said that they're going to have something very special for the fans. Do you think she's talking about the tour in general or about something more concrete? I've already started to make up ideas in my mind

I wouldn't miss TLYM. That song needs a good rest and it isn't one of the mandantory hits.

 

And please no FIY. That song did not work well during the last tour. Perhaps because it was lipped? I think it would perhaps work well in a stripped down acoustic version.

 

 

 

I’m pretty sure that she will perform TLYM as she probably wants to make use of the fact that she has a relatively new lipsync track. Same for IDAN. For the same reason I would expect “Le ballet” for Francophone shows and “Falling into You” for Asian shows.

Oh I would LOVE IWYTNM live.... but I wouldn't ask that of her..

 

But the solution would be to take the first chouruses quite low, soft and easy and only save the powerhouse vocals for the finale of the song (perhaps I've already posted that but I DO think that would work.)

 

 

 

I would love if Celine replaced all the covers (except the ones she recorded like POL or ABMS) with songs she never performed live.

 

This tour must promote her giant talent and great songs so I hope "Courage World Tour" will present us many new songs and classics like "I Want You To Need Me".

Hence why I don't like that she's doing such long world tours. I wouldn't mind if she skipped Europe, Asia and Australia this time around (even though I would love to see her here in Europe I still don't think it should sacrifise her energy and vocals).

 

I just want HER to enjoy it. I dont want her to get 20 shows in and be bored and exhausted and not want to do it anymore, i dont want her to feel like its a labour, basically i dont want her to feel the way she ended up feeling on the TCWT. Hopefully this time around shes just happier

I think she has found at least a temporary solution, short “legs” of 6-14 shows with weeks breaks in between and possibly a month in between actual continents

Unfortunately, the last round of shows (the west coast and more anglophone canada) the way shes set it up for extra dates, its gonna be a non stop round of 17-18 shows... i really hope shes careful

In 2017 it was even "announced" in the Israeli press that she would come that year (when the tour was already announced) and kept claiming that it was true.

She didn't come.

 

Though I hope she'll one day do a show there!

There isn't a source. It's merely a conclusion drawn from the fact that she gets access to Centre Videoteon in early September (https://www.journaldequebec.com/2019/06/14/celine-choisit-quebec-afin-de-preparer-sa-tournee). Once she gets the house, they can start rehearsing the technical aspects.
