Nmj Posted November 17, 2018 at 04:38 PM Posted November 17, 2018 at 04:38 PM You think.so?. He decided everything, planned everything, now we maybe get to see a different celine who shows what she really wants to be and do Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G965F met Tapatalk Call me crazy, but I miss having Rene as a manager. What good things has she done since, she did ONE great tour in which she totally took risks on the set list right after he passed away and then it went right back to the norm. At least he was there to keep Celine from making mistakes in the industry, his gut feelings seemed to be always right. Quote
Ukrfan Posted November 17, 2018 at 04:40 PM Posted November 17, 2018 at 04:40 PM "New Order" could be the meaning of any dictatorship (National Socialism, communism..). We experienced both in Germany. So it's not funny to see a baby with a black shirt and slogan " New order" and a cross on the right sleeve (Hackenkreuz?). . New World Order is also a famous Illuminati/globalists conspiracy theory: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_World_Order_(conspiracy_theory) . It is quite popular among some circles. I think Nununu wanted to imply this theory (to create buzz) rather than a reference to the Nazi Germany (which would lead to a scandal). However, it is still rather creepy. 2 Quote

CelinesDIVO5 Posted November 17, 2018 at 06:02 PM Posted November 17, 2018 at 06:02 PM Is it possible that she was serious in the interview because she really believes in the product and the cause. She’s goofy...breaking out in song...often when she’s uncomfortable or trying to deflect or change the subject. She was just focused on the message about this new line and likely didn’t want talk of the album or being asked about Rene for the nine millionth time to take away from her message. She’s fine. She believes in this. No statements necessary. And the people mad at her or saying they’ll never listen to her again...I doubt she’s losing sleep over it. They’re not HER people anyway. We can also “fight” against the negative comments by posting lots of positive ones too. I’m glad some celebs have spoken out in support of this line and all the big, credible news outlets have been positive. Celine clearly believes in this. Ultra conservative folks are lashing back but she can handle it. I don’t think there’s anything dark or satanic about this new line. When I was a young kid, I very much felt like an outsider and felt alienated when traditional “boy” things were forced on me. If I was surrounded by kids in gender neutral clothes and if I knew that was an option for me growing up, my life would’ve been very different / more positive and healthy. Just listen to her talk about this mission. Celine’s on the right side of history and others will catch up. 3 Quote

I don’t support this clothing line NOT because of the idea of the intital statement, that’s a great mission. I commend Celine for the gender equality, treat everyone fair and equal, However, I don’t support the actual product, many of the designs are dark and disturbing at least in my opinion. This has nothing to do with the color of the clothes but rather some the actual designs they choose to represent the line. The goal is good, the mission is good, the cause is good....The executive part however, the actual designs... I do see dark and satanic messaging, are we just supposed to pretend the crazy and offensive phrase “NEW ORDER” is just art? No it’s a message. I don’t think Celine does this intentionally but I think in certain areas of this line, they are taking advantage of her name. Who knows, more power to the people who want to support this line, personally I won’t.Still as big as a fan as ever and will sit this one out and wait patiently for new music, movies or whatever is next. smw Posted November 17, 2018 at 07:43 PM Posted November 17, 2018 at 07:43 PM (edited) This talks about their mission: https://www.nununuwo...our-philosophy/ We all definitely don't have to agree and support everything Celine does. However, I think I get it.I personally think it's far more disgusting to tell kids they'll burn in hell for being different / gay/ outside the "norm" etc. etc. I think a lot of us know what it's like to feel alienated / suffocated as kids because we didn't fall in line with everyone else and embrace the status quo. I think these sorts of images are all just a response to that sort of narrow-minded, conservative view of the world. Holding the mirror up to folks who just have no clue what it FEELS LIKE to be different as a kid. Reminds me a bit of Edward Gorey. Tim Burton. Lemony Snicket. A bit darker, sure, but it's meant to be stirring and make us think about our core beliefs and views of this world and how we all fit into it. Edited November 17, 2018 at 07:45 PM by smw 4 Quote

DionFanAlways Posted November 17, 2018 at 08:33 PM Posted November 17, 2018 at 08:33 PM (edited) I'd like to repeat again, the message is absolutely fantastic. I'm glad she is taking a stand on this and branching out in what she believes in. I think she did great in the commercial and have watched it multiple times. Yes, I agree, one less, "I am Celine Dion" line would have made it more iconic. Someone please get her a movie role! I do not like this line. If drab, gloomy and baggy as hell clothing represents "gender neutral" clothing well then it is not for my tastes and I will not buy anything from this line. I wouldn't pay 46 bucks for a onesie anyway, even if it were cute. Maybe she has more coming, a different style? I still adore her and not any less then before. mirage Posted November 17, 2018 at 08:50 PM Author Posted November 17, 2018 at 08:50 PM I don't think its wrong or right. All I see are pictures that look artsy, creepy, or funny. With no secret Satan signs or hidden messages behind it. I have absolutely no time or the energy to read or look behind possible signs that some people see, and some people don't. I really think a lot of people got too much time left to be upset about some pics or read secret messages. It's unisex kids clothes, you like it, or you don't like it. Same goes for kids clothes with boyish items or girlish items on it. You like it, or you don't. I dont know if they did their research, maybe they did and didn't think it could do harm. DestinMg5 Posted November 17, 2018 at 10:02 PM Posted November 17, 2018 at 10:02 PM I personally DONT like this collaboration the clothing designs are quite creepy and dark for children’s clothing. Celine is at a point where she can do what she wants, I see where she is coming from for this but is certainly not the best way. Plus the commercial does not help much either it invites people to relate her to Illuminati, Satan all that bullcrap which is stupid. It does not go with the public perception of Celine. 3 Quote [url=http://s1383.photobucket
