Caledor Posted March 15, 2015 at 11:39 AM Posted March 15, 2015 at 11:39 AM I think what they mean is that Britney got to meet her in her dressing room before the show (that's what they understood by staying at her estate). I can't imagine that they invited Britney Spears to live with them in their private home for a couple of days I think that as well. Britney came to the show, and she might have seen Celine in her dressing room. This could have given ideas for a residency for her as well. But stay at Celine's house... never heard of that, and I think that Celine know to distinguish show business and family life. 1 29.11.2013 Paris Bercy: Sans attendre... the wait is over !
Caledor Posted March 15, 2015 at 11:41 AM Posted March 15, 2015 at 11:41 AM I was thinking it would be awesome if Celine and Phil Collins record a duet ? I'm a great fan of the song below, and was thinking a song like this by the two of them would be great 2 29.11.2013 Paris Bercy: Sans attendre... the wait is over !
chocolatechip15 Posted March 15, 2015 at 12:57 PM Posted March 15, 2015 at 12:57 PM (edited) This question doesn't have anything to do with Celine but I was just wondering, I'm going to by first Broadway play in New York City. Does anyone know if Broadway theaters have the t.v. screens like at a concert, where if you don't have close seats, you can still see what's going on through a t.v. screen? I was just curious to know if Broadway theaters are different that way? I've been to a number of Broadway shows and I've never seen a TV screen. At the same time, I've been in mezzanine seats many times and never had trouble seeing what was going on onstage. Broadway theaters are generally much smaller than something like an arena where Celine would perform. (They also tend to be in absolutely gorgeous old buildings with beautiful architecture and intricate designs on the ceilings.) What show are you seeing? Is it your first trip to New York? It's an amazing city! Edited March 15, 2015 at 12:58 PM by chocolatechip15 1

It's an amazing city! Yes, it's my first trip to New York! I am seeing It's Only A Play with one of my favorite Broadways actors, Stockard Channing! It has always been one of my dreams to meet her and to see a Broadway play in New York. I am soooo excited! Thank you for the info about the t.v. screens. I thought as much. I new that Broadway theaters were probably different in that way. I know I shouldn't have a problem seeing anything though. I was able to check the view from my seat to the stage on the seating chart from the Broadway website and it's pretty close. I will be seeing the play at the Bernard B Jacobs theatre in row J seat 109 on April 28th!
Jessyka Posted March 15, 2015 at 05:26 PM Posted March 15, 2015 at 05:26 PM It's been four years since her return to Vegas? Wow. 2 http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/backup674/Banners/Image1.jpg
Angel2006 Posted March 15, 2015 at 05:38 PM Posted March 15, 2015 at 05:38 PM Holy cow. I can not believe it's been 4 years already. Time goes by so fast. All the more reason why I am glad that Celine took this time out for herself while her kids are still young. Nelson and Eddy aren't going to stay little forever and they are probably Celine's last kids because of her age and Rene's recent health. I hope she doesn't rush coming back in Sept just because she feels pressured by Caesars or the fans. I hope she comes back when she is truly ready. Celine deserves this time off. It's really the only time she has put herself first in her entire 35 year career. 4

It's like a trend for me without me wanting it to be, if that makes sense?!? Edited March 15, 2015 at 06:28 PM by Shamrock29 1

Xpresso Posted March 16, 2015 at 12:51 AM Posted March 16, 2015 at 12:51 AM About Britney staying at Céline's in 2003... Isn't that the time Céline was living in that huge suite at Caesar's Palace when her house was getting built?

I didn't know love until they loved me back to life because somebody loves somebody!Le temps qui compte pour Celine est maintenant!
SuperLove4Celine Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:03 AM Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:03 AM Am I over-thinking this, or has Celine's team never tweeted anything like this before? Javascript is not enabled OR refresh the page to viewClick here to view the Tweet Like I said, I may be reading too much into this, but it seems like her team is already doing things a bit differently now with Aldo in control. (I might be crazy. That is also an option.) 4
brujocrow Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:16 AM Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:16 AM It's true? She's coming back? This is fantastic news. Better the pride that resides in a citizen of the world, than the pride that divides when a colorful rag is unfurled. Neil Ellwood Peart
Angel2006 Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:35 AM Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:35 AM I think that one of the big reasons Celine is so much in hiding is because she doesn't want people to know her hair is short. I think Celine wants to be able to return to the stage without people realizing that she's wearing a wig. That way she can wear her hair whatever way she wants to when she's "Mom Celine". Long, short, whatever. Then "Work Celine" can have the long glamorous hair and it's nice and easy. It's alot easier then having to die your hair all the time and put it through all that damage with styling and stuff. I think it's either that, or she wants to shock everyone with a whole new look when she returns and she doesn't want to many people to see it before the big reveal. Either way, I'm very excited to see Celine when she returns!
Prima_Donna1 Posted March 16, 2015 at 11:28 AM Posted March 16, 2015 at 11:28 AM (edited) I don't think her hair has anything to do with her being MIA. I think she needs a break. Whether we liked it or not Celine was seen with short her before. Plus that Wal-Mart pic (if it's her) gives it away. Frenchie Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:00 PM Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:00 PM I saw on Twitter this morning that the RedHeads are trying to get PTQME back to no. #1 on the charts for their #encore campaign. Especially since D'eux was released 20 years ago at the end of the month! Curious, is anyone participating here? I'm not a RedHead, but I think it's a cool idea! :-)Alicia 2

Let's move on, shall we???I look forward to seeing new projects even if they are not half as successful as twenty years ago... 5
chocolatechip15 Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:19 PM Posted March 16, 2015 at 05:19 PM The Red Head's video is actually pretty cool - montage of Celine singing PQTME over the years. But I think the idea is a little silly - we should all buy again a song we probably all already have? I think part of the proposal is sending iTunes gifts of the song to journalists, but it still seems far-fetched to me. 7

ryba Posted March 16, 2015 at 07:19 PM Posted March 16, 2015 at 07:19 PM Look at this video guys http://www.aquatic-s...urtain-101.html Look what is possible with that water curtain, it is really impressing, especially at 01.54 min. They could use it in so many ways, like the scene with the roses during the power of love, adding some crazy lazer and light effects around it during the performace, but so far they didn't make use of it at all. They could also use the water curtain for the beginning of the show and display Celines name on it along with extracts from her music videos before the show starts. There are so many possibilities! Gosh, they should employ me

ryba Posted March 16, 2015 at 07:29 PM Posted March 16, 2015 at 07:29 PM Yes, but the water curtain is there already so they should make extensive use of it, not just once during MHWGO. Apart from that it looks kind of boring in MHWGO. I think it could be used in a better way 1

RosieBarron Posted March 16, 2015 at 07:42 PM Posted March 16, 2015 at 07:42 PM Yeah! I think it will be Michel with a watering can in the ridge of the theater from now on! Seriously as long as Celine comes back with her voice in good shape I'd still travel half way round the world to watch that. Would actually fit quite well with her sense of humour too! 2
Angel2006 Posted March 16, 2015 at 07:45 PM Posted March 16, 2015 at 07:45 PM Was the reduction of production costs really true though? That was probably just a rumor. I know Caesars isn't doing well financially right now, put I don't think Celine, "The Millionaire" has anything to worry about when it comes to a budget. I can't see Caesars telling Celine she can't have something. Celine might not be making them money at the moment, but when she returns you better believe Caesars is going to be rolling in the doe again. I can't see them refusing her of anything or even daring to tell her to cut back the budget with all she has done to make them money and with all she has done for, not only them but for Vegas alone. Celine changed how everyone looks at Vegas now. Every big name flocks there now and it's all because of one person. Celine! 2

The new management seems to be making savings where possible and making the business more efficient all round. It may well be that they want to reduce production costs themselves. It could also be that the new style of the show is naturally more simple, the music stripped back etc. She has been saying that that's something she'd like to do. It's now or never really if she wants to try something new. Edited March 16, 2015 at 07:57 PM by RosieBarron
