This is something I've wondered about for a while now. Celine is pretty much the only living artist that I'm "obsessed" with -- so I don't have anything to compare it to but…

 

With Celine releasing two new albums this year -- and we still have such little information -- I wonder if that's the case with other huge artists (Madonna, Beyonce, Mariah, Lady Gaga, etc.). For those of you who closely follow other BIG artists, how does the information we get regarding Celine projects compare to them? Does more information pertaining to their projects come out prior to the release/performance?

I'm not so sure about Beyonce, but with Mariah and Lady Gaga they usually use Twitter to promote their projects, or make videos and talk about what they're working on. Mariah usually has a video of her and whichever producer she's working with and posts it in Twitter. The many advantages of having a Twitter, but Beyonce has a Twitter account but doesn't use it. She has one Twitter post but 4,360,346 followers which is kind of funny to me because she doesn't use it ever.

 

As for the Madonna thing, Lourdes/Lola (I don't know which one she prefers) has her own clothing line right? And she's what 15?

 

A mother is a mother , and everyone has their own way of raising their children. In general I think it's very difficult to be a mother (I wouldn't know because I don't have children yet) but when you're in the spotlight, that's a whole other thing. I think they're both doing extremely well for being mothers with their personal life out there whether they like it or not.

Question:

When exactely Céline performed (together with some other artists from Québec) a song for Julie Snyder?

 

It's also known as "Chanson hommage à Julie" and I assume it was for Julie's birthday.

It has been broadcasted in Julie's show "Point J" and I assume it must have been before year 2000 but don't know any more details.

The song was sang to the melody of "Et maintenant".

She recorded a duet with the late Henri Salvador (I think she recorded it during her visit to Paris in 2008). The duet is included in Henri Salvador's next album, which is going to be released on June 18. The album I think is going to be called something like Tant de Temps, I'm not sure but I think that's also gonna be the name of the duet.

There's a drive leading to the CP garages at the side of the hotel. This is where she drives in. Usually mid afternoon. Sometimes she stops - but sometimes not.

You normally pick the tickets up on the day of the concert. Don't know if its changed for this show.

I was in a mad rush to buy them and i didn't know what option to choose. I'm Canadian, but i will be picking my tickets up in America. I have never bought tickets online before. Do you know if it was ok for me to choose Canadian Will Call?

 

I'm just wondering if that will mess things up if i'm picking them up in America. I feel dumb asking this question, but i just want my trip to be care free as possible. I'm driving all the way from Wasaga Beach, Ontario.

Angel2006, why don't you try calling the Colosseum's ticket booth phone number and ask them. I'm sure that they can tell you, 'cause they should have you in their system. They were able to confirm my tickets (that I'll pick up at Will Call) for June when I was there on New Year's Eve. I wouldn't blame you for confirming, 'cause you don't want anything to go wrong since you'll be driving such a long distance to see the show.

Picking up the tickets shouldn't be a problem. My dad ordered my tickets online and we had to pick them up at the box office at caesars. My dad wasn't coming along, we had to get Secondary Will Call so that my mom could pick up the tickets.

I'm sorry "Haheather", but I don't know the answer to your question about how it'll work for Celine when Shania's there. I wish that I could help, but I suppose "they" will have the schedule for the 2 ladies worked out so that it's agreeable for both of them. We will just have to wait and see when the schedules are made available to the public. We don't even know what the possible schedule for the upcoming December - January shows are yet. I had already bought my ticket for last New Year's Eve show back in May last year. So, it's already June and no news of what the next schedule will look like. It makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Can i just ask why Celine was not at the Diamond Jubilee Concert? All the main major artists over the decades were there, ALOT of people were asking me why Celine didnt perform. This would have been perfect surely?

Angel2006, I don't know about the Canadian and American Will-Call thing, I ordered my tickets for the last year's shows on Vegas.com, not on Ticketmaster. But I don't think there will be any problem, after all there's only one possibility for you and it is to pick up your tickets in America, at the Colosseum so dunno, maybe the question refers to your orgin or to the country your credit card is registered in which in your case is probably Canada.

 

As for picking up the tickets, I was able to pick up my tickets 2 days before the show but don't know whetherr it was an exception or the routine for the current show.
