Nmj Posted July 6, 2019 at 04:08 PM Posted July 6, 2019 at 04:08 PM It’s great that Adele and Sam Smith attended the show! I wonder how they found it. Poor Adele probably thought she would see a new show she saw this in Vegas already. Quote

CSCfan Posted July 6, 2019 at 04:09 PM Posted July 6, 2019 at 04:09 PM (edited) Poor Adele probably thought she would see a new show she saw this in Vegas already. Not quite. She went in January 2018, so she still saw the "old" (pre-Asia) version of the show. "Poor" Shania though... she did saw the same version twice (excl FOMO) in Vegas. lol Edited July 6, 2019 at 04:10 PM by CSCfan 3 Quote »»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»» MATHIAS ««««««««««««««««««««««««««««««««https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzPrxI0AIDY
Popular Post manu23 Posted July 6, 2019 at 04:16 PM Popular Post Posted July 6, 2019 at 04:16 PM I’m still overwhelmed. Seeing so many fans of all ages and nationalities, showing so much love and admiration, all the positive reviews. She truly is a legend, we should feel proud and grateful. A star like hers, on top of the world right now, comes out of her hotel twice! And sent her bodyguard with signed photos to the back door where other fans were waiting. It just shows the kind of person she is. I’m so glad I decided to go last minute, thanks Cynthia! It was great to meet so many great fans from UK to America and seeing Pepe (our forum Pepe hehe) again after so many years. A memorable night. Since yesterday I can only love her more. 13 Quote

For being one her biggest hits and a number one single practically globe wide it never made any sense.... now here’s to hoping ANDHC Radio Remix has the same treatment for the Courage Tour. 2 Quote

And I wasn’t even there from 9am! I’m not complaining... it’s like a reminder of last night ! It’s an amazing feeling ! Anybody else?? Totally. I had a great day. Wasn't sure what to expect with it being more of a festival than a show as such. I got there about 12:30 and was one of the first into the Gold Circle. Had a brilliant spot at the front of that section and slightly off to the side so I had easy access to food and toilets etc. But what wasn't to enjoy, I spent the day in the park in the sunshine with one of my best friends, drank Pimms, ate hog roast, chatted to Celine fans I have never met before from all over the world (I even broke out some French to chat to some Quebecoise ladies who were really cuffed that I had made the effort) and then saw Celine. It didn't matter that it was the same old show, it was just great having her here in the UK and in such a British setting. One of my highlights of the day though was the walk back to Victoria Station. There was a covered walk way next to a building site which was about 100 metres long. Hundreds of people were walking through on their way back from Hyde Park. Someone at the front started a rendition of Think Twice and before long everyone in the passage way was singing. It was pretty epic! Also enjoyed the looks on the faces of the people coming in the opposite direction! 11 Quote
fred Posted July 6, 2019 at 06:02 PM Posted July 6, 2019 at 06:02 PM (edited) By that logic only those who attended can praise it aswell. And if so this thread would be a few less pages than it is now. Why this urge to promoting fans not being allowed to discuss their Queen? In a freaking forum... Baffles me every single time…. Only someone that wasn't there could complain about the set list. Edited July 6, 2019 at 06:03 PM by fred 3 Quote Peace and love to all.

Each atom aches!!! from the walking, running, standing in awkward positions to peep through the fence for the soundcheck/ to keep the spots when others went for food etc...and I have the metal front fence imprinted on my back...like 32 tiny wholes from the pattern, all red and purple...closest I ever got to a tattoo. Plus sunburnt irregularities. If I ever do a similar festival (stage was too high and cameras annoying), I need intensive cardio training before. 3 Quote

I wasn't disappointed to have paid less and been at the front of the Gold Circle partly for that reason. I had a great view and wasn't having to look up. Yeah, stage was very high. After being essentially front row at Vegas just a month ago, I was surprised just how high and far away she seemed.I was in diamond circle and arrived shortly before Josh finished his set, so was surprised to get such a good spot. I wasn't worried about not being at the very front as the view would have been really restricted, especially with the cameras. I was about 10 rows back and felt a little cheated when she did Imagine because she sat down and we couldn't get the full benefit. I don't begrudge the ticket price because I had a great spot despite arriving so late. I don't think I could've queued the entire day to secure my spec in general admission. The whole festival-style show was a different experience to what I'm used to. I definitely like the security of having an allocated seat but the standing and the bigger crowd made for an incredible atmosphere. I'm still amazed by all the audience participation and feel that the crowd really buoyed Celine. I think it was a tremendous success and given all the positive reviews, I suspect this won't be the last time Celine is asked to headline a festival. It's ironic, because the reaction of some people upon hearing that Celine was a headliner would have you think that she couldn't pull it off. We all know how she thrives in front of crowds of devoted fans - but the festival setting, with many impartial spectators, must be daunting. I am sure people questioned how this would turn out (like they did the whole Vegas thing) and I admit that even I had my reservations. But she pulled it off and the reaction from the whole audience speaks for itself! Bravo Celine! 11 Quote iPod Most Played List The Power Of Love (several versions) - Céline DionThe First Time Ever I Saw Your Face - Roberta FlackSi dieu existe - Céline Dion & Claude DuBoisFrankenstein - Antony & the JohnsonsIn Some Small Way - Céline DionBird Gerhl - Antony & the JohnsonsLe blues du businessman - Céline Dion Ne rien savoir de Lol était la connaître déjà.

I wasn't disappointed to have paid less and been at the front of the Gold Circle partly for that reason. I had a great view and wasn't having to look up. I guess it makes sense, for such a huge crowd/area; I saw mostly photographers heads for the first 3 songs, then part of upper Celine, due to those 3 cameras filming; and when she was mid stage, we got nothing; almost nothing as well for Imagine or MHWGO...weird for front center slightly right... Despite the above and some poor organizational aspects, I regeret nothing the energy was fantastic and you could read her enthusiasm, as well as the band’s. This was her biggest gig outside Canada (USF), wasn’t it? It felt quite epic, loved the finale and the guests visuals for Imagine... 4 Quote
