Since we're all just guessing here.. i think she had the surgery before the shooting of the music video. I mean, the surgery is not really that major. So, she can recover fast from the surgery. Some are just overreacting making it look like a major surgery (like she had done a transplant) lol

If taken correctly, she actually might have had a transplant, with transplanting fat from somewhere else (buttocks, even though she nearly has them) to her Eustachian tube...

but yeah, it isn’t a major surgery (maybe it was even done within 1 hour... just suck up the fat, and inject it in the right spot).

And sure the surgery isn't major but what people are overreacting about is that the surgery isn't always successful. So the question was,would it be successful? Yes it was yay!!

1) incorrect spelling of porcelain

2) Its quite clear she hadnt had the surgery during the filming of ashes so it has been post that

3) a month of recovering MEANS A MONTH OF RECOVERING. You dont mess with your health like that and post surgery most people are also far more likely to contract illness. So before you come for me, actually think about the circumstances. A surgery that could risk your whole lifes work and livelyhood has went well yes, but not looking after yourself properly post surgery is even worse.

Erm... I didn’t come for you! I was just pointing out that she isn’t made of Cotten wool! As someone said it was ‘minor’ surgery. I think the news stories have got to some people’s heads.

On croyait fermement que Céline Dion allait participer aux Billboard Music Awards cette année. Non seulement parce qu’ils sont enregistrés tout près de chez elle, au MGM Grand Garden Arena de Las Vegas, mais parce que, deux jours plus tard, elle reprendra sa résidence au Caesars Palace, après une absence prolongée en raison de problèmes de santé. La diva québécoise aurait pu souligner son retour en grand en interprétant Ashes, sa nouvelle chanson tirée du film Deadpool 2. Mais tout n’est pas perdu... Un ajout de dernière minute est toujours possible...

I also think that the video was filmed after the surgery, listen to her speaking voice in the "Behind the Scenes" video. She doesn't sound like her normal self and was probably still in the recovery process.
