i think it is because this song has already been recorded and filmed before her treatment. Who knows how her current condition is? We have not heard a thing if the surgery went well. And i do guess it went okay and now she is taking rest and maybe preparing for her Asia tour. Of course she would promote the song more if she could - or wanted.

Exactly, she could even do a pre-filmed appearance. Like Adele always does at awards ceremonies. And she doesn't even have to sing, just mention the song and movie somehow in a comedic way with a skit of something. Doesn't her company have any creative input or ideas at all! OMG!!!
