That’s cause they professionally streamed the first 20 minutes of her first night back to Vegas after Rene died.

The renovation of the new colosseum at caesars palace is really so bad. The stage got really small. It looks cheap compared before.

 

Before (I didn’t know that there were lighting graphics on stage. You can see it after singing BYLM the stairs graphics. Amazing!)

I don’t see that but it is just a very simple setup and wow that leadsinger is really offkey. Glad I did not pay for that!!

. Yes I thought so as well. But all in all, you go to a show in Vegas where you expect glitter & glamour and you get this camping setup,

in the discription it says: "curiosity: Celine had this hologram for a limited period of time. Rumor has it the elvis estate asked for removal after Priscilla Presley saw it with her own eyes."

 

 

 

 

Man if this is true I'm a bit mad at Priscilla, because this is one of my favorite parts of the "Celine show". I mean Celine was honoring Elvis here, so what's the problem and it wasn't bad at all but really good in my opinion

I personally don´t care about this show at all. It´s the most boring and unspectacular show that she has ever offered in her entire career. I could imagine her doing it when she is 70 or 80, but not in her 40s! I was never even keen on seeing this show live, because I was so disappointed with the set list. I loved the revamped show that they came up with in 2015 and every single mini tour afterwards. Edited by ryba

It was a gorgeous show in person. I saw the opening night and the second night. I agree that the setlist wasn't perfect - but the visuals, the elegance, and Celine's voice were all very solid - and, like usual, it was so much better in person than watching on YouTube (just like A New Day... wasn't as good on DVD as in person). I think that the show checked a lot of boxes for general audience members... and it wasn't created for diehard Celine fans.

 

I also really liked the revamped show in 2015.

 

I think if they could cut and paste various versions of the show into one show, it'd be close to perfect.

Does anyone have a good quality clip of that time when a fan jumped on stage during RDMH but was carried away by security before she could even reach Celine. I think the date of the show is January 20, 2019.

Seeing that video gave me goosebumps again! :wub2: Céline sounded so great, looked so happy and had a great figure (cos she was still breast feeding LOL).

 

The show had so many great moments; of course the opening, the Bond medley with the RC video, singing WDMHBN for the first time since 1997 with the TV's coming down, showing all the old footage AMAZING!, The Reason with the flowers, Céline walking down the isle :o singing a duet with herself :wub2: the MJ cello battle and the full MJ medley and the chilling Ne Me Quitte Pas! Such a shame we never got this show on a DVD :down:

My god!! Can you believe it's 12 years ago that Celine opened in Ceasar's Palace?! What an amazing show it was! (Well up until 2012 when it got a big mess! :P )

Seeing that video gave me goosebumps again! :wub2: Céline sounded so great, looked so happy and had a great figure (cos she was still breast feeding LOL).

Yes... but that wasn't until later (July 2011?) the water feature didn't work yet at the first run.

So I never got to see that live :(
