Do you guys know who did Céline's make up here? (Comeback Aug 27 2015). I remember Céline didn't do her make up here.

 

I think he/she did an amazing job. She looked flawless here

Yes, I was there, had the memories of it pop up on FB. I was so excited and adored the way they had changed the show, it made me want to see it even more and I did just several months later.

In my head, I can already hear 1-2 members of this forum saying, “Well, we have the fan-made DVD - what more could you ask for?! Let’s not be greedy.” :rolleyes:

I wouldn’t say anyone is greedy for wanting it. But when you have so many YouTube videos available, it makes the profitability of a DVD very low. No one likes to buy things anymore. They want everything on a streaming service for which they already pay. If we’re ever to see something professionally released from Celine’s team, I think the people who’ve suggested Netflix (or something similar - Disney Plus or HBOMax, etc.) are correct. That’s the best bet

I've been saying this for years, but can you imagine her singing it during the acoustic medley of the LTAL World Tour? :wub: All in shadows, with just a spotlight on her.

The thing is it's filmed I was there when they filmed and I'm more then certain they have enough footage through the years to put together something like this. It makes me sad because I mean Taylor, Ariana, Beyonce they all use platforms like Disney Plus, Netflix and give their fans exactly what they want and Celine and her team I just really don't get it. What is so hard for them to stream it somewhere anywhere. I have even in the past suggested why don't they do like a fundraiser type of event. Queen and alot of other artists did that during COVID where in order to watch the show you had to donate to the charity of their choice I think it was done in association with youtube but she has SO many ways to give it to us and she can just give us just something anything if she still wants to keep some footage for profit in later years she can. I think she prob has enough footage through the years to throw something together that would keep us pleased and also leave her with material she can work with in the future.

 

I remember reading Ariana's fans were so upset when she had no plans to release the Sweetner tour to dvd and they begged and pleaded and now they got it in a documentary.

It would have the same kind of feel as "Love of My Life" at the end of her recent tour....that was special

The show got a little sloppy as it continued. I loved how successful the show was, but it lost its elegance over time. Regardless, Celine still wowed audiences every night for ALL those years. Ultimately, all she really needs is a microphone and a spotlight. She is such a force of nature.
