Arguably from her first 80s tour right up to LTALs end, around $250,000,000. Plus $385,000,000 from AND, $280,000,000 from TCWT, $272,000,000 from Celine and around $175,000,000 from her 4 mini tours and $5,600,000 from USF, thats an estimated $1.412 billion total gross, meaning theyve under billed her by $300,000,000

 

Do you know how much Celine's perfume sales, fan merch, handbag line and eye wear line have grossed, plus her many different companies? It would be really interesting to know that, along with this tour gross info. :)

 

Whoops. I also forgot to mention album sales in my original post. We know tickets sales, but album sales, perfume, fan merch, handbag line and eye wear line added up with these ticket gross info would be really interesting to know.

Lol at the moment during YTV where she usually asks people to stand but she realizes they're already standing, "get up...everybody's standing up already"

 

This crowd probably sat for a total of 3 minutes in the whole show. The ones in the FORCH area at least. That's amazing, imo.

Nobody can't deny that Celine made history in Vegas. She changed music industry and her legacy and current status come mainly from that. We might like it or not, we can argue that so many concerts might have affected her voice, but without Vegas she wouldn't be where she is now.

I am happy to see this Vegas chapter is over (for now), but it will be strange that we won’t have footage on a regular basis in the future. I am happy I was able to attend the show once in 2015, but I prefer ‘tour Céline’ and that is what we are getting!

 

She wrote history in Vegas!

Yes, I will be. Exhaustion from the trip kinda started kicking in yesterday, and I've been sleeping in way too much. :sofunny: I'll get on it very soon.

I think Celine’s simply ready to move on and she set the tone that night.

 

The joyous fireworks and after party pictures make me feel more of a sense of catharsis.

 

On top of that, I’m thrilled there are so many articles circulating — giving Celine & Rene the credit they deserve for pioneering / changing Vegas forever.

 

So it’s all good! She’s been ready to leave Vegas for quite some time, I’m sure. Let’s follow our Queen into the future.

No worries at all. I have been exhausted for a good week now as well. I’ve also been dealing with personal turmoil so I feel you completely which is why I felt awful asking. Personally I’m more exhausted then relaxed after this trip - I know that doesn’t sound right somehow :laugh: Please don’t stress take as much time as you may need

I get both of you actually initially I felt the same way as LeChauffeur100 I was kinda like that’s it?! But then seeing the fireworks as they played AND gave me this full circle moment along with the pics of RC at the end of AND and then now along with Nelson and Eddy and then came the tribute vids that’s when it kicked in and I realized like wow Celine and Rene truly changed Vegas forever.

Here's the videos I have from the June 5th show:

 

We were sitting in the 2nd mezzanine that night, so quite far away. We also had an issue with memory on the phone, so some songs aren't complete or missing. I do have a 40 second clip of Ashes that I didn't upload in case anyone wants me to upload that as well. The other two nights are much more complete and better quality. :thumbsup2:

She doesn’t understand her own impact or importance.

 

I was there the last weekend, and I disagree with the take that the goodbye was sad. I expected it to be sadder.. it was like she was ready.

 

Does anyone remember if the last show of A New Day was like this... specifically did she say it was her last show in the Colosseum? That part struck me as different.

I was there the last weekend, and I disagree with the take that the goodbye was sad. I expected it to be sadder.. it was like she was ready.

I was at the last AND show, and if I had to compare (of course I wasn't at the final show of 'Céline'), AND was sadder.... because that show included a much bigger cast and it was the last time all of them worked together. Of course Céline and René were already in talks to return, but that show was just extremely special.

So when Céline returns to Vegas it will very likely be a different theater (probably Park). And maybe by emphasizing it's the last show there, it makes it definate she won't be returning to her "2nd home".

Man it will be weird to see her at a different venue. The Colosseum - the house Celine built - just always felt like hers.

This is what separates Celine Dion from some like, say, Madonna, Mariah, or even some of these self-important younger people who shall remain nameless. She remains humble no matter how big her accomplishments. She's always been this way. Humble. Adele is similar. It's always better when others praise you vs. praising yourself -- which is exactly what's happening. :wub:

The clip of the quartet medley looks beautiful. I hope we get a professional release soon.

Maybe these interview clips are part of a documentary about both her residencies.
