I think this says so much! It's the end of a chapter for her. Her last career move with Renés vision. It's where her family grew up and how much we might have disliked it, Vegas has been and still is her home. I love how excited she is about the new projects (London, the tour, shoots and L'Oréal) and of course she knows the album took too long, I think even she thinks its took too long. But sometimes you can't control everything. I hope she can relax a few days before going into that mad mill again! Nothing but love for her :wub2:

I think this says so much! It's the end of a chapter for her. Her last career move with Renés vision. It's where her family grew up and how much we might have disliked it, Vegas has been and still is her home. Quite a bit of info in the above article, though nothing we haven't read before except -

"Boom time

Dion was the toast of a private post-party at Mr. Chow, from where she watched an unbilled fireworks show from the hotel. Shania Twain, who was also at the performance, was in the mix.

Later, Dion and an entourage of nine — which would be a great title for something — filed into Omnia Nightclub at Caesars. Tiesto headlined, and the Dion crew arrived at 2 a.m. and reportedly grooved it up until 3:30. Her drink of choice was Grey Goose and orange juice, and her shoes were described as “blue pointy heels,” also a great title for something."

On “The Talk” today Vanessa Williams was a guest cohost and had some very nice words about Celine. They showed her singing FOMO and also SWOTR and she said, true talent shows when a singer sings acapella and receives that reaction, called her one of the most powerful voices ever!

They shouldn't have taken her down from the front imo..I somehow find it insulting and disrespectful. She deserves to be kept up there, exactly in the center as it was. Doesn't matter if she performs there or not anymore.

That why i said, i "somehow" find it.. This time it feels different. She just deserves to be in the front of the building 'cos she made history. In a way you honor someone you know. Business or not, that's how i feel.

They usually put up new posters on Mondays. That said, I'm surprised they're taking her down from the 'hall of fame' so quickly.

 

But we don't know everything of course. There could be some bad blood even if no one will publicly talk about it. Especially if she's already in talks with other casinos as some suggest.

Poster should be gone, she no longer performs there. However, they should rename the whole damn theatre “Dion-Angélil Colosseum”.

Well there's certainly some bad blood between Caesar's and AEG, judging by the comments from John Megen.
