Guys, is the last show in Vegas sold out? I was a bit late (travelling), and now it seems there's no tickets to be found for that show, even though the sie of the Colosseum states Coming Soon. Strange. Any ideas?

if you go thought Ticketmaster it says SOLD out, but really, you can still get tickets thur 3 party sites, like stub-vivid tickets , ebay, ex::

It's all resale tickets at this point. Only thing I saw last time I looked that wasn't resale was Official Platinum starting at $1,100 per ticket for 2nd Mezz. There's a problem when the resale tickets are way less expensive than the official Ticketmaster ones. Just saying....

 

That said: if the $3K-$5K tickets have actually been selling it has to be people who don't flinch at that amount of money. In the past she's drawn in some pretty big celebs. I wonder if we'll see anyone there that night?? I lucked out and got a rear orch ticket that night for not an entirely obscene amount.

The celebs who will show up at her last show are probably the ones who also have a Vegas show to sell... They will thank her for finally leaving and giving them a chance to sell some tickets... :-D

Yup, here it is. I'm not quite sure if she saw Cher's show in 2007 or in 2009 :hmm:

Would someone of you be so kind and let me know, how many of these super-expensive tickets for her very last show have been sold? Somehow my computer refuses entering this ticket-system (well, no wonder!!!).

It seems like Celine always sends flowers to other resident performers — like Britney, Gwen, etc. But it seems she rarely ever sees other shows. Which is a bit odd. I suppose it’s bevause her off time is precious but it seems like that would be the thing to do as the Queen of the Strip.

 

Did she ever see Shania? Britney? Mariah? Cher’s new show? Etc.

It means nothing... AXS used to be the main seller for tickets of her Vegas show. They still list her, but it's nothing more than a 'placeholder'.

Ticketmaster did the same when AXS was still the seller.

Can't believe they use the hideous sign and layout of her Asia Pacific tour to brand her final Vegas show.

Her branding is such a mess. The show has a beautiful layout of it's own:

It's strange to see that somehow after 2012 they stopped taking care of how to present things.

One big mashup and very random marketing. Such a pity... Celine's shows, tours, projects en products could be SO amazing to brand.

Hahaha true story ;)

 

But... unfortunately it already started with Rene still there. A new Vegas branding, combined with tour material, Vegas shoot en lau-out used for her French tour, LMBTL layout used for Vegas, Vegas for parfume bottles, 'A New Day' footage used for 'Celine' show commercials etc.

 

But these last few years were more dramatic. Everybody with a heart for marketing, especially combined with a heart for Celine, must be crying for years now...

(Me :P)

Just so I’m not worrying has anyone else received their tix for the final week of shows? Only asking cause normally when I order show tix I receive them in the mail pretty quickly afterwards.

I think that’s why Céline is ended her contract, she wants to be approached by MGM and get paid more. I don’t think Celine’s Vegas adventure is over but just her Caesar’s adventure.
