I just emailed a letter saying what Céline and her music have meant to me etc

And that I would be attending the show on October 1st and was there any possibility of requesting a meet & greet.

They usually email back and ask for more info like ticket details etc.

My friends and I had tried several times over the years with no success, so I really didn't expect to get a call on my last night in Vegas.

I had kinda given up on believing it would ever happen & I think few weeks later I'm still processing that it actually happened lol

Just heading to the airport now. I needed to quickly add in that the mosh pit bothered me a tad bit only cause I'm so short and once everyone came running down the aisles got so full that I was able to see nothing! I was sitting Front orchestra 6.

Whoever is still going to see her..do not film vertically please. I know that way it looks good on your phone but on a computerscreen or tvscreen it is nog right. Your phonecamera can record in 1080p 16:9. Do not film upside down.

Sorry guys, but the All By Myself ending is not live anymore. Before she started to get sick, they used a new pre-recorded track. I suppose this is why the song is shorter. Go check the last videos and they all sound the same.

I do understand that though. If she had to sing the whole song everytime live it would ruin her vocal chords. It is a quite challenging song to sing.

But i have to say i am done with it even though she plays with it in an interesting way but this song always looks like she is a circusartist doing what she is good at. It is not about conveying the emotions in the lyrics ..no it is all about look at me reaching the high notes. And that is accentuated by her movements...ladies and gentlemen there comes the high note!

I say gone with that song. And now they shortened it again. Gone with it please.

 

And as for the show..it needs a very big update. The dresses too. Esspecially the merlin-garbage dress. Maybe Law Roach can find some new outfits for the show.

Ok first off I need to ask something to those of you who have met Celine.... and please before I ask this do not jump to conclusions and say I am ungrateful because I am not one bit. Is her meet and greet always that fast?! I mean I had read online stories of other Celine meet and greets and they were able to squeeze in a little word with us I didn't even have time to breathe to tell her thank you for what she's done for me with her strength and music. Honestly even her brother was shocked because before she came in he told me to take my time and try and chat with her but it was no joke hi how are you, picture, bye, bam done. Even if I wanted to say one word I couldn't. I still wanna believe she was just super late. When I checked my phone it was 7:25 and still no Celine and the show started at 7:51 and yet even with all that it still finished on time. I knew it would be fast but that fast it was just weird to me especially after everything her brother had told me beforehand. I had only ever been to one other meet and greet before this and that was Kelly Clarkson and for that one I was last and for this one i was first so I dunno if even that factored in. Again like I said I am NOT one bit ungrateful I was always cherish those 30 seconds but I was just curious.

 

I am now home in Vancouver and just waiting for my photo. The lady on the phone told me 24-48 hours while the one that was with us downstairs said a "few day" so I dunno. Praying it's soon cause I'm dying to see it. In my the meantime I need to go through my pics and vids and then I'll post them on here.

What address email are you guys using? And you simply ask for a meet and greet with her?

 

I know QueenCeline87 basically already answered this but yes we used the email info@feelingprod.com I just emailed them saying what Céline and her music have meant to me, a little bit about myself. I told them that I was attending the November 19th show and that I would love to be able to meet Celine. If you end up being one of the people who they are considering to select for the meet and greet then they will usually email back and ask for more info like ticket details etc.

I have not had a meet and greet, but from what I've seen online from people that have met her, most of them have the same experience as you described. Even the woman that wrote Celine's For Keeps book also had that same experience. LOL.

 

If Celine has extra time, some fans might get a few minutes, depending on her schedule that night and who else she still has to meet. I am pretty sure that Celine doesn't just do casual meet and greets with fans, she also does meet and greets with sick and dying children. Maybe that's why the meet and greets are so quick.

 

I don't really know how it all works but I would imagine that after Celine meets with fans during the regular meet and greets, Celine probably has separate one on one time with the sick kids and there parents. That probably eats up a good 15 minutes just meeting with one sick child and there family.

 

Celine probably wishes there were two of her sometimes. LOL.

Oh yes, I completely get what your saying. I would imagine that it would be a very daunting experience indeed. I would be the same why if it were me. I would be afraid to speak, because I wouldn't want to slow her down or take up any time out of her already hectic schedule.

 

I can't remember the exact section of the book and I don't have it on me right now, but it was in the part where the author was describing Celine's dressing area backstage. I think the author brought her family thinking that Celine could meet and chat with them before the show, but Celine was to rushed and only had time to take a quick photo.

 

The author of For Keeps did have another meeting with Celine though on a separate time that was more intimate and lengthy at Celine's house and I'm sure they also had many other moments together during the writing process of creating the book.

Yes it was in her green room I think. I've seen different meet and greet photos for Vegas. The one we had was with the white curtain and the other I saw was with the portraits behind her. I think there may have even been one with a black background not sure. Anyways what did happen is unexpectedly before we went in there was this chef if I heard correctly who came up to the lady who was taking us downstairs and said something to her and she goes well how many people and he said 10 and she goes 10?! ummm well ok...so I think they weren't initially on the list. That could have also been what ate up some time.
