She has a way of singing live lately that annoys me like crazy.

 

Maybe it's the recordings, but I can't explain myself in English.

It's like she is making a voice, instead of singing with her voice.

It's so obvious in Ashes, the way she pronounces words.

 

Anyway I can't really explain what it is that annoys me. But it's something she is doing the last year more and more

what i do not understand though is that when recording the song the producer could have asked her to sing ( when i pray to god) a couple of times to get the best take. Her pronounciation is not so good and you can hardly hear what she says. A producer would have asked her to sing it again until the pronounciation is okay. But that did not happen it seems...

I think in this instance it was a rhythmic issue. Not pronunciation. There are almost too many syllables for the phrase.

My external Hd had broken recently and i lost A LOT of things, i just wanted to know if anyone here is up to share recording and audio of the come back concerts 2011 /2015

Its for my PERSONAL COLLECTION is NOT gonna be shared anywhere.

They should have slowed down that verse, " and I when to god, all i aaaaaaaask.........isssss" and added a run to "isss"

 

But oh well

I agree. She looked amazing too. Tho i prefered the look of 2002 before that night the look of GBTSW music video! To me that was also her best look ever!

 

That was her look during the second leg of the ANDHC promo tour. It's my favourite look ever too, she looked absolutely stunning :wub: :wub: :wub:

After being a vocal analyzer, now someone wanted to be a recording producer. They know how Celine should sing some phrases. So funnehhhhhh......

I have long been wondering how you are. I haven't "seen" you on here in soooooooooooooo long. I truly cannot believe I get to go back, I was so convinced it would never happen. Email or PM me if you want, I would really love to catch up and find out how you and your family are doing. I miss you. :) :D

Will get in touch with you soon. Had quite a bit of a set back about almost a year ago now, almost did'nt make it.......am getting there slowly, anyway, miss you too my honey :flowers:

Now i don't know what i did'nt do to reply to you out of your writing. Don't know if you can "see" that or not, so will write it again. I had a bit of a setback about a year ago and almost did'nt make it, am getting there slowly, anyway, miss you too my honey :flowers:

Dave platel was just being nice lol... she didn't look good with it. Sure on certain occasions when styled perfectly it looked good but bottom line it aged her 20 years or more when she looked at her best just 1/2 years prior.

Top vocals came for me in

 

1994 L'Olympia her best ever vocal concert and im so SOOOOOOO happy that they did record it. A true gem that must always be cherished

 

1995 LAP, Her 2nd greatest concert vocally LBDB is possibly the greatest performance all round by any artist ive ever seen. Im just mad that they didnt record an english show with that amazing vocal condition

 

1998, from the bootlegs ive seen on YT etc. August 1998 was insane, the debut of her deeper (what i call her natural tone, in the early 90s she was desperate to hold on to her younger "whimpier" sounding voice as is very clearly seen in Memphis sometimes she slips in and out of her current tone and her younger tone) tone and the resonance was INSANE.

 

2002 was truly iconic. That Oprah MHWGO had critics going wild and then weeks later... WCD CAME ALONG AND SNATCHED ALL OF THEIR WIGS. That piano performance of MHWGO she did with those singer kids on TV took NO EFFORT and she easily slayed me. Her performance of ICHFIL was also spectacular and Im just mad she never did SFL live in this era as i believe she would have slayed it

 

2008 the start of the TC tour she had the most energy and best vocals she had had since 2002 and i was happy about it. Just wish there were more of that African/Asian leg available.

 

2011-2013 was truly iconic also. I listened to the whole 15th March 2011 bootleg and i had chills with every note and was jumping for joy every high note too. 2012 she retained the slayage and USF in 2013 had me worried but then the European Tour happend and i SO SO SO SO wish they had done the English leg of that too i would have died to hear Breakaway and SLS live in this prime condition .

 

2016 Summer Tour also blew me away, the emotion of that tour but the insanely good vocals in the whole Belgian and French leg from June 20th to July 9th was..... amazing

 

2017 the summer tour was great also. I dont know what happend but the leg before she sounded bad but all of a sudden... boom TR in full pelt. IMO Copenhagen wasnt as good as say Arnhem (The best performance of TT shes done since 1997) or Leeds (The best performance of TR IMO).

 

 

2018 remains to be seen but i Know she will do TT for Australia and I know the difference between Vegas and Aus will be astornomical

It was the washed out blonde colour I didn’t like. Think she looks great with short hair - really wished she’d kept the colour from the beginning of AND, and not gone blonde really. Maybe just have lightened it s bit more. But hey, it’s her hair - she could do a Britney and shave it all off it she wants to. Not really anyone’s business but hers imo.

I think she looked better here than in Live à Paris recording in 1995. Never been a fan of that hairstyle.
