I wouldn't be surprised if the stairs that lead up to the stage have been removed for tomorrow show. They will probably not allow people on to the stage again. Which btw I thought it was odd, inviting people on to the stage in the first place.

 

That was my thought yesterday...simply removing the stairs would be a great start to better safety!

I don’t understand why the steps are still there to begin with. The horn section and Elise/Dawn don’t go into the audience anymore during the Jazz Interlude before Paganini, and Céline doesn’t walk through the crowd, so the steps serve no purpose, except to get in the way during the mosh pit.

I haven't bought tickets for Vegas since 2006, and then I actually bought them through Team Celine. This AXS site confuses me. Are the black seats ones that have been sold? Is there a way to choose your seat specifically?

Blackened out seats are either sold or unavailable at that price point/package. You can’t select a specific seat (like you can on ticketmaster).

So true...a big safety hazard when they're trying to get everyone back into their seats in the dark before MHWGO too. I'm all for the stairs going away! More room for the pit party and safer for Celine!

Crazy how much front seats cost now.

 

A lot cheaper during A new day, so glad I went then, as I couldn’t afford that now after paying for flights, hotel, spending money etc.

Yeah and even when A New Day was running, I thought it was expensive. How I wish I could go back in time and buy the most expensive tickets then haha.

 

My bank account is bleeding right now because of Vegas. I do believe it will be the very last time I go to Vegas.

 

BUT if she does a show like AND again, I'll go back to Vegas, I'll take a loan! haha.

That sucks. It keeps giving me one specific seat in Row N ar rear orchestra, but there are closer seats on the sides.

If you try on a computer (vs phone/tablet), you can select the side you want.

I would would think maybe some form of stair case is needed to serve as a emergency exit from the stage in case of a fire (god forbid). Something defiantly needs to be there.

 

When i was in the pit I actually stood on the right hand staircase and that's were I got a picture with her, also I find its a good place to be because she favors that side of the stage.

You know I wasn't going that way... I'm referring to the quality and complexity between both shows, and we all know "Celine" has nothing to do with "A New Day", and yet tickets cost 2-3 times more than the 2003 production.

It's inflation. No matter what the show was, it would still be more expensive than even when AND ended in 2007. Not to mention, she's doing fewer shows so it's harder to get tickets. People will pay more at whatever time, if they believe they wont have another chance in that near future.

Ohhhhh...praying for a speedy recovery - there is a VERY nasty and dangerous bug going around here in my area. No doubt she's under great doctor care thankfully. Here where I live all of our doctors are out sick and urgent care waits are 4-5 hours to be seen as well as a huge shortage of meds! :(

That’s too bad :-( I got back from Vegas feeling a little sick myself :-( I have this mini cold / sinus problem!

Don't be so sure, it probably wasn't because of that drunk lady but you never know.

It's not in Celine's character to blame her even if that's the case, they would have said it was something else because I could never see Celine throwing someone under the bus, even if they are drunk and a little crazy lol.

I'm shocked they keep them, but I understand that every now and then, Celine has friends and family come to the show and she wants to hug them and kiss them once on each cheek :sofunny:
