I'm trying to like it -- I really am -- but the vocals are just sound so autotuned at times. When are we going to get an album with vocals pre-Taking Chances? I'm tired of the covers, I'm tired of the teenage pop tunes... I want Falling Into You vocals dammit!

I think yes and no. Most people are used to live performances being different from recorded versions. So it's not really misleading.

 

I do wish they recorded a studio version of the performance, or release the live version.

There is no denying the BMA performance is better than this studio recording. This is the way it should have been done!

For it to be a flop it's funny that it's cracked the top 100 on the iTunes chart in America. Currently at 80, she's trending on Facebook every single comment I've read nearly states that she was the best performance of the night. The new team has finally done it right, they got her out there posting photos before the show getting hashtags trending building up hype. Did anyone else notice how the orchestra just had this look on their face they were so proud of her.

The purchase of this recording is very unfair to anyone who buys it after yesterday. Everyone will expect what they saw yesterday and to receive sth completely different is really weird and not right at all

Yes I agree... BUT, not having heard the live performance yet, the live performance would be 1000 times better than this studio recording... the should have made it into a single with the studio and the live performance...

Just have to say that Scott, Lindsey and the orchestra were fantastic! Wow, so glad they had them there. Also, I've lost a lot of sleep over Celine this last year but I wouldn't have it any other way!! RC when she asked him to stand next to her and he was all "yeah sure" was the best moment.

Wow um ok I want my money back for buying this version after last nights BBAs...... The screech that I was sort of getting used to has come back to a full punch in the gut!!! Not good :angry:
