They want the audience to hear the song as it was recorded so that, once purchased, that's what the audience hears. There's no difference. Besides, there are hundreds of millions of people who don't go to concerts because the artist doesn't sound like the cd version. That's what they want to hear. Now I would much prefer to get those glimpses of what she sounded like during different takes in the studio. But I know that I'm in the minority on that. But behind-the-scenes videos aren’t made for the general audience, they’re released to give the big fans (who have heard the studio version many times) something extra.
