you're right! thanks for catching it. when she sings, "if you ever need a place to cry", I then sing "I'll be right by your side" haha

“Come To Me” is another highlight from the “Miracle” album. It’s a sorely underrated song.

 

I love that song! Also, the gentle, cooing ad lib she does on the outro of “My Precious One” is divine. This song is a bit haunting, and I love it for that reason.

 

 

“Baby Close Your Eyes” is also great.

 

But honestly, I don’t listen to that album unless I’ve had a week from hell and just want to crawl into a bubble bath and pretend I’m in utero again... (November 2016 was a big month for Miracle in my life :lol:) The only songs I skip are “Miracle”, which is by far the worst IMO, and the other two previously recorded songs.

actually now that you mention it, this sounds like the perfect album for doing just that. celine dion playlist: bubble bath... it may be the album where she uses the most piano? which, to be honest, i really want her to do an album with just her and a piano!

 

also, i totally forgot about "My Precious One"... I love that outro too, so ethereal. There was a short period where I had it on heavy rotation. Did she ever do it live ?

Yes, MPO is my favorite from the album, specifically the ethereal outro - as you said....

 

I also love ISSW, but the live version is better than the studio.

 

Otherwise, meh.

Real estate is actually one of the safest places to invest your money. Putting it in the bank is the worst thing to do - you don't make any money that way, the bank does. (Which I think may have been what you were saying.)The stock market can always be a risk, no matter how conservative you invest, but a home pretty much always increases in value.

Yes that was what I meant. :) That the bank makes lots of money from your money when having them in the bank. You make only a couple of dollars a year in interest when having them in the bank. Real estate is probably the safest way to investing or saving your money. And the great thing about real estate is that if you make a good profit, depending how long you have lived there, you can say you have lived there for free. I mean how great is that! :-D

If you were to loose money I'd say it is just pure unluck. As you say stock market is risky no matter how you see it but of course you could be cautious and minimise risks to almost zero but the return will be small then. I've been starting saving some money in stocks this year and so far I've made more money from that than I did from the last ten years from the interest from the bank.

Not necessarily, if you can afford it. Homes usually go up in value after you buy it. If you're a celebrity, I'm sure your name alone helps in the value of a home. You can sell it for more than you bought it for, usually. So you make a profit.

Yeah that was what I really meant. :) My wording was a little off. But yes house/condo as an investment is great. And that is probably why so many celebrities has many houses/mansions. As for celebrities it must be a sure win just because of their name. Stock market is also good but to really make good money you have to spend some time with it. But still for me the thought of it it's just crazy how 20 million homes can stand there just empty... ;)

That one was really nice! Maybe I will give the album a go just to have listened to it. To me from reading comments/reviews it seems that I cant expect any hit material on it. But maybe I will find another good song at least. :) Edited by sebulba

I loved that dress! It was very fitting for that tour. Thank God she didn’t go with the horrible blue outfit she rehearsed with in Vegas.

 

Also, it feels like yesterday I was searching and watching clips from each date as the tour progressed. It’s ridiculous that’s it’s been 2 years!

That’s probably due to Anastacia’s fans. I love Anastacia, too, have all her albums. Her fans love that performance from Divas Live.

 

It’s not available in the US and Anastacia isn’t really known here so it’s been posted for the Europe/South America/Asia fans.
