Are you joking? Go back and read the last few posts. I said maybe the song is called Breathless as Stefan hashtagged the picture of him editing. Then we joked and started ‘singing’ Breathless. Calm down. Of course it’s not The Corr’s song.

Yes but shes alot more fragile. In the 90s she could do 3 shows in a row, wth far harder songs than she did now, live and slay every night. Now if she did that, she would be BLOWN OUT. Its not what she can do, its how much she CAN do with WHAT SHE HAS

I just want an english version of Encore Un Soir. Not literally, but what i mean is all the songs themes, the general theme, the songs arrangement,the songs lyrics.

 

Basically, i want Encore Un Soir, in english (once again not as in translated i just want everything eus has)

I don’t agree, she has never really hit, in a live performance, that chest note that you can hear in the studio version of All By Myself even in the late 90’s. But thank god she isnt, cause if i recall that note was painful for her to do.

But i don’t ask her to ever replicate the same notes in live performances. But if she can do it in studio, once, why not? Then you have the notes recorded till end of times.

She hasn’t hit huge powerful notes in her studio albums for like ever.... it pretty much ended at the same time she retired to have RC. We got Sorry For Love since, and thats pretty much it...

I just hope the vocals in this album is not crisp and forward like in LMBTL that's why when they edit céline's vocals or put a little auto tune it's so obvious because of the vocals being too forward. They really should go back with blending with the music as usual.

For her English repertoire, they've always been trying to incorporate high notes ("yelling") in most songs, as that's her signature thing.

They may not be as high/long as her '90's work, but it's still there. Even Céline said so herself a while ago and that she longs for different songs.

 

Songs like 'Recovering' or 'Where Is The Love' are much more rare.

I love TC too, but there's too much (unnecessary) 'screaming' in most songs. For example, I absolutely love 'A World To Believe In', but the soft beginning and the screamy ending is just blah. But that's just my opinion lol
