I'm not totally pessimistic, but so what? They "released" there Breakaway and Water and a flame and NOTHING happened. Why would that be different with Incredible? I hope I'm wrong

UM get yr promo out!! i just turned on my tv then this happened! richard gave it some good promo - he loves her.

 

 

(water and a flame and breakaway were more radio singles to promote the album at the time thats why nothing really happened) this is easily a global single release as it has a video.

They release singles like it is nothing, dont get me wrong i am happy they release so many singles, but release singles and promote those songs.

The last 2 they did absolutely nothing :-(

Sure, maybe these songs didn't go to the top of the charts, but they sure helped sell the album... and that's exactly what the label wants!!

I expected worse!

Its the best "narrated" video since andhc. At least its current!

Loved the bit where she is immersed in song and he points at her in glee, like e "I'm singing with celine freaking dion"

t's a completely different kind of photo shoot. Somehow, she looks quite a bit older in this shoot. I think it's the way her hair is done, all combed back, and quite a bit of makeup again. But her hair all back like that, i dont think it suits her. Almost does'nt look like our Celine. Shame, she can wear it as she pleases, only my opnion.

However, after seeing the video I somehow don't understand all the negative opinions.

 

I neither think it looks cheap nor does it look dated. Both aspects surprise me.

 

The video is totally fine, the song is just a bit too boring, I so miss a real bridge.

 

It's such a shame we never got a video for Loved Me Back To Life. As this was obviously the best song of the entire album.

I think it's a good video overall. I'm so happy that whoever photoshopped her in most of the scenes did it with a lot of dedication without changing any of her features (unlike the IA video where she looked like an alien). I agree maybe her makeup and clothes are not the best, and the same with the angles, but overall she doesn't come accross as an "old lady" like some of you said, I would go for a MILF, still... and I think tweeters will agree with this once the video is uploaded to YouTube and people start sharing it. I can't wait to do this myself!

 

The first scene at dawn reminded me a lot of the YAI video!

 

Also, the "giraffe" might be dull but it's the "cute factor" that will make people share this video or talk about it.

That is simply not correct.

 

While the two UK radio singles (Breakaway & WAAF) did not chart themselves, they maintained the album sales and chart positions well into 2014 (which is what is most important, Celine has always been stronger at selling albums). To say they did absolutely nothing is completely false, as without the radio airplay these singles got, the album would not have reached Platinum here so quickly, and would certainly not have had any significant longevity if promotion had ended with the first single (LMBTL) in November 2013.
