Not everyone feels that way. I could not care less whether or not there is ever a music video to any of her songs. I don't like her music because of the videos; I like her music because of the music. I never cared if they released this video - it simply didn't matter to me. I watched it anyway out of curiosity and didn't like it. I'm not a hater. I love Celine's MUSIC. Music videos have never done anything for me by any artist really.

Hmm I can't decide what to make of this video. If it had been used for the Olympics then I think they could have done something more interesting with Celine and Ne-Yo in a big sports stadium with shots of athletes competing etc. The characters in this video seem totally unrelated and bizarre...

The more I think about it, it's almost the EXACT concept of the ANDHC video.... Instead of singing in the sky, Céline is singing on a rooftop. A bunch of random story lines and characters and then people dancing... Also somewhat similar to the TTWII video...

Celine looks great. But the whole point of this video is bad and I don't understand it at all. I don't get the scenes. I only liked first 30 seconds when it was Celine at dawn/dusk and last sky shot. No plot. Some of you are complaining on video of Taking Chances. I really don't get the hate. That video had plot, Celine wore much better clothes and her hair was better. It's the only video by her where she's fighting and doing something cool like driving a motorbike. She took chances truly and went to Billboard at 54. It doesn't look like her usual greenscreen vids or overly dramatic IACBTMN. It's relaxing to watch. Plot is simple yet effective and it fits the song. Another good video is QPVSA where Celine is making moves like never before, where they are perfectly synced with music and dancers and where she looks great with her black jacket and goldy-blonde hair. It's atmosphere is darker and more realistic than many of her other videos.

This song could have had a better video. They should have cutted it or faded the song. And the song isn't dynamic like SLS or addictive like LMBTL. It's choruses are repetitive and no real bridge. Not a worthy comeback. I wasn't excpecting something great but something boring like this is disappointing after all these years.

I'll wait to review it when I see it on Youtube or Vevo... because for me the GMA link stopped every few seconds so it is kind of stressing... but this first look seems so right to me... probably the best Celine video since All The Way era.... (and with this I'm not saying that it is a GREAT video... but GREAT videos and Celine Dion is something rare to be together in the same sentence...) BUt I think it is quite good this one... Guys I'm just sooo glad to have a proper english music video, since Taking Chances (which was also a bit weird).

 

Yes it doesn't work 100% and there's not much of a plot but I think as fans we dissect songs/videos too much.

If you take a step back and just see it a video representing incredible moments (like a girraffe in the street ) it's not terrible.

Celine looks great and you're left with a smile on your face or at the very least feeling a little brighter.

 

The truth is that Celine is irrelevant in today's market, but she's a classic so she'll hopefully always be there.

It's up to us army of fans to push the single, coz Sony just doesn't do enough.

 

I know it's release is pointless at this point but lets try to make the single take off.

It's a good video! Probably her most expensive video since the ANDHC era... maybe since ANDHC!

 

Lots of props, lots of extras... no green screen! Thanks for that! I agree the giraffe is kinda weird, especially since it's wearing a muzzle!

 

I don't like Céline's makeup... it makes her look a lot older... they've "photoshopped" her face in some shots though...

And she definitely looks like a ginger in this one!

 

Now let's hope for a second round of promo for this song and a VEVO release! I think the message is great, the images are powerful and this song should get someplace!

Yeah, I just watched the full video too on this site: goodmorningamerica.com Not to be labeled negative but I was unimpressed. Won't ever watch it again. Random people dancing, playing the piano, a giraffe walking on the street for no apparent reason - LOL For everyone who wanted to have a music video from this album, I'm happy for you - you got it! It's just not my cup of tea. I'd rather just listen to the song.

I'm just happy we got anything at all. I had already accepted the fact that it wasn't coming. Not that it affected my life either way. I've loved this song since the first listen. The first few plunks on the piano put a huge smile on my face, and so did this video. It's just a few people having incredible moments in their lives. I just watched the video again. And i must say this is the most "current" and "modern" and "youthful" a Celine music video has been... in terms of the images and elements conveyed in the video. Thats a good thing for me.
