Second single: "Incredible" - Duet with Ne-Yo

356k??! What a huge bump since I made my post. Even though it's miniscule still, the album sales on Amazon have slowly been rising as well. (when the video debuted on GMA it stood at around 1700-2000 ...after that it was to 900+.... then back to 1200.... now it's around 600-700. Movement in one day) I'm going to pay close attention to this. Maybe JUST MAYBE, we might have something here :) *Trying to be more optimistic*

Yeah actually according to YouTube the video had 120,000 views yesterday. Except that today, the second day (which hasn't finished) it's got over 260,000 (double!)

 

LMBTL (audio) debuted with around 60k per day and had peaks of 90k per day during the promo! Still, it's an audio video.

 

 

However, there are exemples where videos debut with lots of views (say, peaks of 400k per day) and then they get stuck at 5 million, like Mariah's "You're Mine".

 

But this song talks about self-empowerment, and the video appeals to everyone, it's nice footage someone would like to share. I'm quite positive it could do well and eventually reach 10 million views.

 

If only they would appear someplace on TV, this could actually grab some airplay! But if it's not the case it might get some people interested in the album at least.

Its currently at 382k. I think by tonight (PST USA TIME FOR ME) The song will reach beyond 400k. If it can keepp that momentum, it should probably reach 1 million within a day or two more.

 

I am also doing my part. I shared this on my youtube, facebook, twitter, instagram, google+, etc. If you want to make this song a hit, pitch in and help! Longevity is what we aim for with celine. The fact that this one video can revitalize album sales is worth it! I've been posting this like everywhere!

YEah, I was seeing that too! And there's a few hours left (and the post I made about vevo featuring it, it shows only 18 minutes.. so it's going to push todays views up) And you're also right that most videos (even LMBTL's audio only) peak for a day then slowly fall... so it's to be expected. But LMBTL has held fairly steady between 20-30k a day.Since this debut is higher we can hopefully expect a hold of 60-70 k... and that's fairly good :)

 

One more note about the comparison... LMBTL dropped HUGE after the first day... Incredible has double (and more since we still have some time left) and that's worth noting too! It's good to get excited about it again even though it's not necessarily going to be big or anything... especially so many months after release

So that's the reason why it's had so many views today.

But if it's the featured video on VEVO then views should be a lot higher!

 

I wonder since when!

 

Ne-Yo needs to tweet about this video and spread the word!

 

If this video doesn't get LMBTL back in the charts I don't think SONY will release any other singles from this album. Except maybe for SONY UK... She should release an album tailored just for the UK and focus on promotion and a minitour there!

Yeah I remember that.. And that would just boost this song even MORE... If it's doing this now after a tiny little 3 second clip on GMA.. that's so true! I won't hold my breath but it's nice to have a glimmer of something lol

i wonder how they intend to promote the song/album if at all!! then the question would be ..why release the video now? this could be a great way to maximise sales especially in the USA where the album has done poorly!!
