Going back tonight!

So I went last night (and met Lindsey...(ladylindsey)...she sat in the front row, so I didn't sit with her :-(...but watching a movie is the only time I don't want to see Celine from the front row haha!)

 

I loved the movie, however I had hoped for a little more "behind the scenes." I feel like they showed short clips of everything...nothing too in depth...however it kept me laughing!

 

My favorite parts:

 

By far, I loved her "5 minute rehearsal" while she was having her make-up done. I cracked up when she made the intro noise for Eyes on Me...hilarious! And then when her hair stylist clipped her ear and she said "you better keep your ear on me" haha! She is one funny lady!

 

And when she had the "allergic reaction to the celery" hahaha!

 

And I thought ASFY to Rene getting out of the car was super cute, great way to end!

I don't know if that was said before....

 

I know the TC World Tour will be out on DVD in April

 

But i read in the news papers "Le Soleil" this morning that this movie, (Celine:TTEOTW), will also be released in DVD in a longer version of 3 hours, not 2hrs like in at the movie theater.

 

 

Remember Tyler you and I talked about this yesterday? How i was telling you that it would be released in DVD for sure, but you replied that nothing was official yet.... I tried to reply to our posts, but couldn't find our conversation about this...

I LOVED the movie!! I did think it was a bit rushed and they didn't even show some of what they showed in the preview clips. BTW - How much did you guys LOVE the Taking Chances piano version??

She came onstage at the beginning and slipped, looked worse than it actually was, she started joking about it and fell to the ground on purpose. Later on in her dressing gown she was stilling being funny "nothing better than slipping and 25 000 holding their breath and going like "aaaa" haha these are made of steel (pointing at her legs)..."

I cannot wait to see this movie. SONY SA said there is a small possibilty that we might get to see it next month. I hope they get it soreted out so that we can see it too!

Surprisingly it was good. René is the funniest man on earth, seriously, I can't get over. He is funny without knowing it or putting efford in it! At one point I had to pee coz I was laughing too much. And it seemed that the *cough* other 20 people finally laughed too.

Me and some of the other girls saw the film again tonight, I think there was 10 of us in there, 6 from the same group haha.

 

It is amazing seeing Celine that big! I think I died like several times again haha! Roll on the next few shows! Stupid prices though!!!

Spoiler-----> They do show footage of her slipping in Montreal. She didn't cut her leg, but she did get a bruise. When she slipped she said "Scooooooore" (or at least that's what it sounded like?) and she said backstage that the audience didn't laugh at her "scoooooore" joke hehe cause they felt bad that she fell.

 

My favorites were when Celine's mom was eating the chocolate in the factory and the tour guide offered her one and she already had a piece in her mouth-- Celine starting giving her mom a hard time about it. That was so funny. Also was really touched by the part where Celine's mom had a birthday cake and there was a candle on there for her husband and she didn't want to blow it out... awww. Very sweet. Looks like we all loved the part where she sang "My love we are finally home..." hehe<------ Spoiler

oooooh i went to see it last night and fell in love!

 

there was about 20 people there and i think people thought i was crazy, i came in my I [heart] Celine t-shirt & got a pic with the big advertisemet that was at the front, people kept looking at me funny, ah well

 

i was so excited when it was away to come on, and when it finally did i couldnt take my eyes off the screen!

it was funny, exciting, interesting, emotional and i just loved it!!

 

i wish it was on again but im so glad i gotta see it, and cant wait unil it comes out on DVD

Rene was hilarious! Loved seeing more of his behind-the-scenes responsibilities.

saw it last night.. there were close to 40 people there suprisingly.. and there were 3 girls behind me who were talking about seeing her in concert in vegas and on tour etc etc and i couldnt help but listen in and i turned around and told them about the forum so maybe we will have new members soon!

 

The movie was brilliant! I agree with some that it was a bit rushed.. but afterall she visited 5 continents and i think they did a good job of giving each country the same amount of time.. the scene with ASFY and RC was very touching.. it was great to see her interact with RC and Rene because that's not something we get to see often.. Celine is a genuine artist and after leaving that movie last night i am proud to be her fan. Going again tommorow!
