I checked amazon.com here in the states, Its going for $139. now sure what the others are.

 

Why don't u just order from amazon.fr.OK,maybe the price is not so much better,but is $100 at least.I don't know,maybe taxes won't be so much as for my country.I really don't know,but i think that the price is pretty much the same everywhere now.If you order from amazon.fr,it will surely come,but ur choice.Good luck

the book will be $20 cheaper if you order from amazon.ca rather then amazon.fr, both are backordered i believe...so you will have to wait a few weeks.

she's my idol and hearing all those negative things coming from her made me sad...specially after she said to the mexican media after the show that it was one of the best crowds she's ever had and that she loved how we all sang with her and all that ...oh well. if she ever decides to come back i'll make sure to give her a panic room instead of a froggy

 

But that's not the point? Gérard said they were scared to go because of the recent murders (of course she was scared to go, it's not strange), that has nothing to do with the concert or crowd. How on earth can someone find it offensive that a person is scared to go someplace where people have been murdered? Sounds so ludicrous to me..

well Frida my point was that there are murders in NYC too and she was not afraid to go there. But anyways I guess I'm thankful that she came and did the show eventhough she was scared . I'm gonna focus on the possitive side of this too I'm so happy there is a picture of her with my mexican sombrero and flag. That just made me soooooooo very happy

 

awww you guys that's why celine fans are the nicest people in the world. i tell you. thanks Tam i think that's what i needed to know...that there was something at least good said about mexico concerts in that book... and i'm definetely intrigued by that photo with the sombrero cause i think maybe it's the one i gave her with the little flag too.

you know what Jimena, I do think that it's the little sombrero you gave her! a blue and gold one so tiny and the flag too! it's on page 297!!!! she puts the sombrero on her head and waves the flag sooooocute!!!!!

they really send the same day? when i pre-ordered it they sent an email saying it wouldnt be send till later in october, but ill take a look agian, i want the book so bad, ill pay a little more to get it here sooner! thanks for your help!

Should be, atleast I hope so. Because if its not sold there and its not at our other big bookstore Empire Books and Music I won't be able to get. The closest Barnes and Noble IDK if there even is one. There might be in Charleston but thats an hour drive and there's no way I could get anyone to take me all the way to Charleston for a book.

 

Well that put a damper on my night. I just looked on Barnes and Nobles website we do not have one in Charleston the closest one is in Morgantown and that's even further away from where I live. Its a two hour drive atleast. I know there's no way I could get anyone to take me even if I paid gas for my best friend to get there and back. If she doesn't already know where something's at she won't drive there and her parents barely let her drive a half hour from the house let alone a two hour drive to another county here. They wouldn't even let her drive the three hours to Columbus, Ohio when we were going to see Celine. We had to take the Greyhound.

 

If Borders or Empire doesn't have I'll order the english one on Amazon when it comes out.

Well its about 58 dollars in Canada right? I think if the conversion I did was right. I did it online so it may not be but typically I've noticed things here are a few dollars cheaper than the price in Canada. For example this weekend I bought a headband that listed both the US and Canadian price. The US price was 10.50 and the Canadian price was 13.50. So it was three dollars cheaper here. I think it'll be around fifty to fifty five. I'm going to save as much money as I can for it. I don't see it being more than fiifty eight like in Canada though and I believe in France it was sixty? I have forty saved up right now, which reminds me I need to go put my other money up from this week so I can put it towards the book. In an effort to have enough money saved by the time it comes out I'm skipping lunch this week on campus and eating at home so I can save any money I get for lunch.

Not bad! As of what people have posted here about the book,it looks like its going to be worth every penny! Just a guess do you think it'll be out in the US by November 20th or sometime around there? Because thats when my birthday is and it would be the perfect gift!

Yeah but I have a limited budget to spend, I can't afford one hundred dollars or more and my dad refuses to help me pay for it so I'm on my own if I want it. He thinks its a waste of money and he doesn't get the point in buying it.

Mine came yesterday in my country and today is handed over to customs as they say,so i have to wait too.I hope that they won't delay it.I hope so.Last time i had to call them,maybe u should try too if it doesn't deliver to u.It depends on customers of ur country.Here we usually have to call to fill up some stupid papers,but i hope i don't have to do it this time and i hope for u too.Just track ur package and wait for 2 or 3 days,then react if nothing happens.I'll do the same,but don't worry,maybe they call u too if they have problems like they do here also.Good luck. I think we need it both .

I just ordered 3 books from amazon.ca

 

I compared prices with amazon.fr and the french was around 50 usd more expensive with all the international shipping than the canadian amazon.

 

It's not in stock though...so will have to wait.
