Jimena, I know how you must feel regarding this....

 

But I honestly wouldn't take it to heart, it was probably Nick who was really overacting regarding the situation, and put it the wrong way to Celine, so kinda unprofessional in a way of him to do so.

As after all thats his job to look after her, and its not only him its like 5 other bodyguards who took care of her on the tour so she should not really worry as such.

Sure she is briefed on things, but obviously on this occassion I think her big bodyguards were more scared than her and it rubbed off.

 

The last thing Celine would want to do is offend/hurt anyone... its just not her nature as we all know.

 

So I hope that you will reconsider, and buy this amazing book.

yes! and you would miss all the funny pictures of celine playing around on a bicycle, or with a funny cap making chocolate with RC, or with a mop on the head acting rock and rolly! come on Jimena! You can't miss that! there's even one here she has a tiny mexican sombrero on the head and a tiny mexican flag in the hand! You'll love it! :yes:

 

awww you guys that's why celine fans are the nicest people in the world. i tell you. thanks Tam i think that's what i needed to know...that there was something at least good said about mexico concerts in that book... and i'm definetely intrigued by that photo with the sombrero cause i think maybe it's the one i gave her with the little flag too.

But that's not the point? Gérard said they were scared to go because of the recent murders (of course she was scared to go, it's not strange), that has nothing to do with the concert or crowd. How on earth can someone find it offensive that a person is scared to go someplace where people have been murdered? Sounds so ludicrous to me..

The pictures sound absolutely ADORABLE and the caption about RC making her a blankie and it smelled like him omg I wanted to CRY! I can't wait anymore we need a release date for the USA NOW!!!

this is a question for fans living in Canada. Is the book already out there? I know on amazon.ca the release date was October 1st, but i went to chapters.indigo.ca and the release for the book on that website is for October 6th...i was just wondering if it was released on the 1st or is it going to be out the 6th? thanks in advance for help!

the bell was just ringing...the mailman! and he had a very big package!!!!

 

..it is really huge and hardcover! and it is heavy! Just like the size of a Photoalbum!

I have not seen all the pictures yet and there's also a lot of French in it which I cannot read haha but it is really great!

huge pictures and the quality of the paper is also very good!

 

now I am gonna search for the pictures of Amsterdam!

ok..I just finished looking in the book!

There are really a lot of backstagepics and you see how the stage was constructed too.

I am not gonna give away too much because it should be a surprise for everyone who ordered it.

By the way, as for the French language, a lot of can be understand when you look at the pictures.

There are more pictures than text, so in my opinion not having the english version is really no problem at all!

Celine looks stunning on most of the pictures!

What is it spelled like in the book? Such mistakes make me really sick about it all!

I'm still waiting for the book to come. We have made a bulk purchase on our Polish forum and the books are to arrive in Poland on October 13th. I can't wait till then!

photographs published in a book doesnt mean it can be published on the internet (its a question of copyrights). you have to remember that Gerard makes a living on his photographs and his book is one of his ways to show his work. he's worked hard for the pictures so respect his wishes and let's support his book
