Something called "Love, Peace and Harmony", written by Mego and someone else. They submitted the Chinese version sung by a Chinese singer. If it wins, Celine would sing the English version, she had never sing it yet. I've heard the Chinese version once during the Yang Lan show taping. It's nothing special, and the Chinese singer sucks, just made it sound worse.

I wake up this morning and i was thinking the same question as well......so many rehersing going on but still the theme song has not yet reveal, so i guess we will only get to know the real answer the moment the host annouce it on the opening.

 

I keep on thinking and thinking, who is the true diva that will sing this theme song? could it be someone that well-known in China, Hong Kong but not international? Could it be a group like 100 over singers sing the theme song (this is impossible as well, if this is true, they would have the rehersal on the rundown), so i guess perhaps it will be a duet between 2 singers.

 

I am always wanted to have Celine to sing on the opening but i know this is not gonna happen...... no matter what...i m so looking forward to the opening ceremony.....
