I don't know about anyone else, but I love the song on the Falling Into You album called: I Love You.

 

I also love Dreamin' Of You. The two songs are very similar in style, but both those songs are so fresh and different from anything Celine has ever done. Her voice sounds so clear, youthful and strong on I Love You. I think every single note in that song is perfection.

 

It's my go to song on the Falling Into You album. I know All By Myself gets alot of attention because of the big climactic notes at the end, but I really do think that I Love You was a hidden gem!

I remember hearing Dreamin' Of You once or twice on the radio back in the day. I guess maybe it was played more. I don't know I was kind of young back then so I don't really remember. I just love that song though and the I Love You song.

Makes me feel old that this album is 20 year old ! I was 11 and adored that cd , well tape at the time ! I spent many a day singing RDMH in my front sitting room with a hair brush pretending to be Celine !!! Ha !! Just shows how long I'm a fan , but I loved her since I was nine , I remember water from the moon and WDMHBN as a young child ! God ! [I Drove All Night!]

FIY was the first Céline album I owned... I was only 7 years old when it was released, I can still remember blasting it in my basement with my friends while we did gymnastics Such great memories

It was a second Céline's album that I bought. After I discovered her album "D'eux" and immediately became a fan, I decided to buy some other albums by my new favorite singer. I went to the CD shop to buy "The Colour of My Love" because of "The Power of Love", but the shopkeeper told me that recently there has been released a brand new album from Céline. So I changed my mind and bought "Falling Into You". It was on cassette, not a CD .

I went to visit my friend and we both listened the cassette. I remember that I fell in love with "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" right away. I loved the arrangements and it was so powerful. I still like this song, but I'm not passionate about it anymore. Maybe I heard it too many times.

 

Unlike "It's All Coming Back To Me Now", I never really liked "Because You Loved Me". And still today, this song doesn't mean so much to me despite its big success. It's a nice ballad with a nice climax, but nothing more than that. I did tried to love it though

 

"All By Myself" wasn't so interesting to me at the beginning. But it grew on me rapidly, and I think it's one of the best songs she recorded.

 

Maybe my all time favorite song from "Falling Into You" is "Call The Man". I loved it first time I heard it and it still has the same magic. I love the part with the choir and it beautifully flows into "Fly".

 

Others songs I liked: "Falling Into You", which has a beautiful and dreamy mood, just the way I like, "Dreamin' of You", a nice pop song and "I Don't Know" because of "...dyyyyyiiiing flame..." (Though it's still not as good as original, "Je sais pas".)

 

I remember that some time after I bought the album I went to some small CD shop and saw a big "Falling Into You" promo poster on the wall (not for sale). I asked the shopkeeper if it's possible that I get it after they take it off. He said: "No, because Céline is too pretty to give her away."

I don't have the words to express how much I love FIY -- both for its individual songs, and for the album as a whole -- and how grateful I am that it introduced me to Céline and her music 20 years ago. I can't believe it's been 20 years since I first heard it (and became totally obsessed with it)! I still love that album just as much as I did back then when I was 12 years old. For me, it's an absolute masterpiece.

I really don't know where the last 20 years has gone, but I can tell you I enjoy this album as much as I did 20 years ago To me the songs are timeless and pure perfection. On this album there isn't a song I don't like. And although some songs are drained live, hearing the full version of IACBTMN is still eargasmic!

 

I have four LP frames on my living room wall and today in honour of its 20th anniversary, I have changed the lps to the four major singles of Falling Into You

You are right. "Seduces Me" is also another song that has grown on. It's interesting for me to observe how my musical taste evolved over the years. 20 years is actually a long period. At the time I was about to discover Céline, I was listening to Take That

I can't believe I'm 20 years old already...haha. I remember first hearing TPOL and falling in love with that song... but when one of my sister's friend brought FIY to my house, I gave up...I surrendered to Celine and that voice There were 3 songs that I listened to very often back then...IACBTMN, BYLM and ABM, but with time I started to appreciate and getting obsessed with the whole album I also think ILY, DOY, SM and CTM are amazing! This album is, in my opinion, the one that showcases her voice the most
