Yeah right, so now it's photoshoped. This is not a photosession for a magazine to be photoshoped. There are like more than 100 photos from that appearance from sites like Getty Images etc.

 

 

For me Mariah's legs are better than Celine's. But that's my opinion. Celine's are also great. I won't expect anyone to agree with me since we are in a Celine Dion forum.

don't worry. i also think Mariah's legs are to die for. celine's legs are great, but i prefer Mariah's.

Mariah is having dissapointing sales off her new album it is totally flopping.

 

I think it has a nice summer feeling but sadly it isn´t Cool Enough or diffirent from other work she has done in the past.

 

Celine´s album Taking Chances is doing much better even though Celine hasn´t a Number#1 single from it she shows more Rock, roll and she is out selling Mariah.

she used to be absolutely fantastic but it all went downhill after 1997. I listened a lot to her music when I was around fourteen/fifteen and I have to say some of her songs meant a lot to me. Seeing the Mariah of today though.... *shakes head* She's gone downhill vocally, image wise, musically, personality wise...in every way. I remember seeing a Swedish interview with her two yers ago when she was promoting The Emancipation Of Mimi ( ) and she was lying on this huge divan-like thing in her black dress and heels and when every new journalist knocked on the door she went "enter!". What?? She got to meet some Swedish fans too, one of them was really touched by it all and asked if she got her letter and she went "I think I saw one around here, yes". He hugged her but she barely put her arm around him, it was barely even a hug! Really cold, bodies-away-from-eachother-and-"there-there"-pat-on-the-back kinda thing. She just doesn't seem like a very warm kind of person to me, I'm apprahensive about using the word "diva" in its negative form but...she kinda is one. Vocally she's lost it as well. It's ALL about whistle notes today, you can't get a single song without them. They ARE amazing and special, but she uses them too much. So much that they're not even special anymore. Plus she sings in that really whispery, annoying way now. I know all artists have huge songs, songs that are "their" songs and that will forever be associated with them. But...compare All in your mind, Forever, Hero and The real me to, well...Touch my body. Just the whole idea of actually CALLING a song "Touch my body"...I don't mind her describing sex (if she feels she needs to ) but for God's sake woman, do it with SOME class! The video is even worse. I know, I know, it's supposed to be funny, but it pisses me off beyond belief when she's on that picknick blanket in that stupid school girl uniform and they've put a camera right up under ehr skirt as she gets up so she'll show her underwear. She has an ok voice, she doesn't need all of that. It's sad ebcause she used to be really good and really shy and lovely. Now, she's just full of herself. I don't agree about the whistle notes. She uses them more than before but in her new album there are only 3 songs (Migrate, I Wish You Well and For The Record) with whiste notes 1 of which is only a background (For The Record). So it's really not that much.

Mariah´s whistle´s is her signature and not many singers have it like she does.But personally i think Mariah use them to much that it becomes annoying. :sick:

You can hear Celine´s Whistle range in songs like "Fly" Naked, Fade away from her newest album,, and in the background off some french songs.

She said during a radio interview that she wants so much to sing the ballads from her new album live and gave an example with I Stay In Love and Love Story. But I don't think she could handle it live... she'll probably lip the belting at the end with a pre-recorded version or something like that. But I would love to hear her singing it live cause it's my favorite song from the new album... should have been the second single.

Even though I'd love to listen to her sing "I Stay in Love" (one of my favs form the album), I don't think she'd be able to handle the belting part towards the end. But no one knows. She surprised us with WBT during the Grammy Awards... so I hope we get a nice surprise
