have so many tickets unsold like Celine did in some European cities.

Celine sold 90% of the tickets in Paris; in Frankfurt, 25k were up for sale and the 7k that didn't sell were the CHEAPEST.

yeah mariah should pray God to sell as much tickets as Celine did during this tour and with those prices for example she cant charge for 345 euros in Italy, no one will buy them,it could sound strange but Celine sold out those tickets!

was corry_azy the one who didnt like to compare those singers? He was also the one who said that we had to wait after 2 months to see the results of mariah's new album, 1 month was too early!

 

Well I am not comparing the 2 singers. Neither am I comparing the albums, if you read carefully. I am not even stating that who will be selling more tickets. I'm just using Celine as an example of being over-ambitious. 5 concerts in Germany? Not a good move I must say. And given how Mariah is flopping in Europe she should concentrate on the smaller venues if she does an European tour.

Beyonce charged as much as about 350 euros when she performed here in Manila. Sold-out show w/ about 35k fans.

i was looking for some new mariah products on eBay, and came across this weird edition of E=MC2. the front cover is the same as the normal edition, but look at the back cover. i wonder if this is also an official release. take a look:

If we could enlarge the picture further we could probably see where the CD was from. It seemed like something was pasted over the "I" on I Wish You Well.

 

18,000 tickets isn't really a lot of tickets. I don't see Mariah filling arenas bigger than 25,000 in Europe. But I think she'll do pretty well in Asia and America though.

i really do believe that cd is real. (remember, unison and falling into you has different versions too, with completely different artwork, phoytos and fonts). so prolly the "I" was printed in dark color, so maybe it's just a simple error. and imho, this is way better than the standard back cover. reminiscent of the Daydream era. 18k tickets were what Celine sold in Frankfurt alone. Bigger than 25,000? Mimi ain't filling European venues with more than 10-15k in capacity.
